this is one of the most boring books i have ever read。 David williams never usually fails to ingage me， but this time it wa just boring and there was barely any fun partaking in this book。 yes there were silly and stupid words but， they don’t make the book very good！ 2 stars from me

I really like this book。 It tells you about World War II and the worst， deadliest person ever: Adolf Hitler。 And the three go on a big adventure， trying to save Gertrude the Gorilla。 I would recommend this book to be important because it teaches you about World War II。

Super funny！ Code Name Bananas is a great book for all the family。 I was thinking that it would not be interesting， as I am not too fascinated with history （the story is set in World War 2） but it was actually a nice story。

My son still loves me to read him and I’m happy to read these awesome kids books。 David Walliams is a master storyteller for all ages。 This book is set in London’s during the Second World War and introduces the younger generation to this important piece of history without it being traumatic。 This was just the backdrop to the great gorilla heist！ Eric and his zoo keeper uncle Sid rescue Gertrude the Gorilla from London Zoo and go on the run！ Highly recommended。
