I have seen these books becoming more and more popular。 It contains lots of different coping strategies for children who may feel anxious for different reasons。 Distraction techniques and self actualisation techniques were included。 You could use this book with a group of children and photocopy the pages of it could be for children to use at home。

An excellent book for educating parents and teachers in how to help children with their self-esteem so that they remain healthy and happy。 Lots of helpful activities I will definitely be using in the future as a qualified teacher to boost self-esteem within the classroom too （the happiness jar is one of my favourites！）。 Can highly recommend for those preparing for PGCE years along with the short courses offered by the charity Place2Be
