I love Max Brooks and was eager to read this with my eight year old son， but both of us found it a bit underwhelming and the Navy seal style survival tips felt a bit forced。

Action， adventure， and video games！ What more could you want from a book？ I love the ever expansive sandbox world of Minecraft， and to have such a talented writer take on the challenge of dropping a character in that world to survive on the pages of a book is the epitome of enthralling。 A must read for anyone who loves to read and play Minecraft。
