🥳 Shadow Me - 4。5/5 🥳Kenji Kishimoto， everyone！ I actually began the Shatter Me series because I saw an abundance of love for Kenji on the internet， in addition to the kilig over WarnerJuliette。 As expected， I joined the millions of other people in the world who have Kenji as one of their favorite YA characters。 Shadow Me takes place shortly after Juliette gets shot， and stops right at the moment when she gets taken by the supreme leaders of Oceania during an assembly。 It contained all the Kenji 🥳 Shadow Me - 4。5/5 🥳Kenji Kishimoto， everyone！ I actually began the Shatter Me series because I saw an abundance of love for Kenji on the internet， in addition to the kilig over WarnerJuliette。 As expected， I joined the millions of other people in the world who have Kenji as one of their favorite YA characters。 Shadow Me takes place shortly after Juliette gets shot， and stops right at the moment when she gets taken by the supreme leaders of Oceania during an assembly。 It contained all the Kenji sarcasm you could expect in a novella， while also delving into emotional thoughts and experiences。 It was a great opportunity to know Kenji better， which is very useful in the case of a book series with such limited points of view。I only deducted 0。5 stars because I felt that this book went on a rehash of events that were already fleshed out in Shatter Me #4。 I noticed that in novellas， Taherah Mafi tends to go over events that had already happened in the main books。 This would ordinarily be fine， but when it's told in a word-for-word manner， it begins to feel repetitive and more like a slump to get through。 I don't think it's enough that you add the character's side thoughts every now and then when the exact same conversation is playing。 Sure， it might be useful for those who haven't read the books in a while， but I'm sure there are better ways to remind the readers of events。 。。。more

The way Reveal Me goes perfectly into Imagine Me was so nice！！ I loved that so much！！ It made me so incredibly happy， but also the development to Kenjis character and how Mafi showed that he was more than just comic relief， it made my heart so happy。
