Honestly I really needed to read something like this。 Thanks to a friend for recommending it。 True to its title their is nothing in this book you don't already know, but its something you need to remind yourself every now and then。 This book is like a friend who tells you what you truly are and deserve。 Definitely underrated, and everyone should read it at least once。 Honestly I really needed to read something like this。 Thanks to a friend for recommending it。 True to its title their is nothing in this book you don't already know, but its something you need to remind yourself every now and then。 This book is like a friend who tells you what you truly are and deserve。 Definitely underrated, and everyone should read it at least once。 。。。more

Brilliant book! Very inspiring。 I really enjoyed the quotes and references to other works to look in to。 I only wish it were longer as 149 pages wasn’t that long and whole pages can be dedicated to short quotes。 It would be great to have more discussion/ explanation on the quotes, but still a great read。 Found on Instagram。

One of the best reminders' books I've ever read in my entire lifespan, The author is Brilliant he knows how to get to his exact point in just units of lines, It's my first time to watch somebody writing an abstract for a non scientific topic and it is really great, he wrote it in an interesting way。 Also, his brief for each life lesson was beyond the description, I read it in a couple days despite it's shortness just to pay attention for every single word he'd like to say, • Overcome fear / Know One of the best reminders' books I've ever read in my entire lifespan, The author is Brilliant he knows how to get to his exact point in just units of lines, It's my first time to watch somebody writing an abstract for a non scientific topic and it is really great, he wrote it in an interesting way。 Also, his brief for each life lesson was beyond the description, I read it in a couple days despite it's shortness just to pay attention for every single word he'd like to say, • Overcome fear / Know yourself / Inspire others 。。 got the lion's share of my saved quotes, I loved his talk about ME and THE OTHERS, the ability and disability and how to react to frustration, Antonyms always grab my attention and I wish If he could have written extensively about them not just a glimpse of a talk。There's toooooo much quotes I saved for me, I sent to friends, I wrote it down with my own hands to keep them always in-front of my mind's sight。 Here's a bit of them :• "The best way out is always through。"• "The way you see yourself is reflected in how you treat yourself。"•"The future is only scary for those who are unable to deal with the present 。。。 Now is always the right time to deal with the present。"• "Stars don’t shine because they want to be seen; they shine because they are stars。" 。。。more

I felt like the information was overly simplified and didn't give context at all。 I was really excited to get the book as I saw a few posts on instagram that I liked, but was very disappointed。 I don't recommend for people who want more depth and context。 I felt like the information was overly simplified and didn't give context at all。 I was really excited to get the book as I saw a few posts on instagram that I liked, but was very disappointed。 I don't recommend for people who want more depth and context。 。。。more

Just like the title implies, this book was full of things I already knew - I simply needed to be reminded of them。 Full of inspiration and motivation to live with integrity and authenticity, I wrapped this up feeling encouraged and empowered。 I will likely refer to this in the future whenever I need a quick reminder of how powerful I am

A fantastic book to have on standby to read a page or more when in need of good centring messages。 I see myself turning back to Nothing You Don’t Already Know and its wisdom often in time to come。

A great read for self reflection and inspiration that was much needed。 Included lots of poignant quotes that you’d think might get cheesy but rings very true and puts everything into a logical perspective that I had never thought about before。

Short and inspiring I enjoyed reading this book, although I didn't agree with everything the author says。 A lot of the thoughts were of the "back to the basics" kind, but I enjoyed being of reminded of them。 Short and inspiring I enjoyed reading this book, although I didn't agree with everything the author says。 A lot of the thoughts were of the "back to the basics" kind, but I enjoyed being of reminded of them。 。。。more

Quite surface level which I presume was the intention to make the messages impactful and concise。 A lot of wisdom in the book and I’ve made notes from a lot of the points。 I will definitely read again when in need of inspiration。

Ryan

Little quotes that will invigorate the way you see life。

I did enjoy this book, but it's more a collaboration of excerpts from other authors than this authors own words or wisdom。 Still, nothing wrong with that。 Someone has taken the time to condense all the valuable literature into a nice, quick reference book。 I liked it and recommend it。 I did enjoy this book, but it's more a collaboration of excerpts from other authors than this authors own words or wisdom。 Still, nothing wrong with that。 Someone has taken the time to condense all the valuable literature into a nice, quick reference book。 I liked it and recommend it。 。。。more

No hate but absolutely skimmed it。 Very much like the store Successories in book form。 Stems from popular instagram posts, which seems like the best medium for this。 Did love the line: "When a flower doesn't bloom you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower。" No hate but absolutely skimmed it。 Very much like the store Successories in book form。 Stems from popular instagram posts, which seems like the best medium for this。 Did love the line: "When a flower doesn't bloom you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower。" 。。。more
