I picked up three books in this series because of the cover art & a sale at Barnes & Noble。 The impulse buy was worth it。 This was a pleasant reimagining of a classic fairy tale in a futuristic setting。 The characters were well written & believable。 The ending is was a major cliffhanger。 I can’t wait to start the next book in this series。

Everything is very predictable, I guessed the biggest plot twist a hundred pages into the book。 The main character seems to have little affect on anything, she is only being swept along with the story。 The Best way to explain is that things are not happening because of her, they are happening To her。 It feels like the main character could be replaced by anyone and the story would turn out similar, it's all a bit too easy to guess and thus a bit boring to read (not to mention that this book seems Everything is very predictable, I guessed the biggest plot twist a hundred pages into the book。 The main character seems to have little affect on anything, she is only being swept along with the story。 The Best way to explain is that things are not happening because of her, they are happening To her。 It feels like the main character could be replaced by anyone and the story would turn out similar, it's all a bit too easy to guess and thus a bit boring to read (not to mention that this book seems to be meant for younger teens)。 。。。more

was not the biggest fan of this book。 I found it boring。 Felt like the plot and the characters didn’t interest me enough。 The characters in my opinion lacked depth。 And then the romance between Kai and Cinder was okay。

it was really good and easy to read, i think my reading slump just gone after that✌🏻✌🏻

Great start to a series。 Easy read。 Exciting and a different version of Cinderella not shown on tv。 Would make a great tv show。It does remind me of the Ravenspire series。 So if you like this you probably might like that as well。

So many people recommended this book to me and I was pretty sure I was not going to like it。 To be honest, I started it a couple times, but the last time I started it, I dove in deep and ended up reading the whole series which is a fun sci-fi, futuristic twist on some classic fairytale characters。 In this world, we are introduced to Cinder, an industrious cyborg, who lives with an evil stepmother (sound familiar?) 3。5* Really predictable, but I loved the characters。 Cinder is amazing, I’m curious about the story, and Levana is the type of villain that actually scares the shit out of me。

Every single thing about this book was amazing。 I can not think of a single thing that I disliked about this novel, I cannot and will not get over it。 The writing was beautiful, the plot was clearly well thought out, the characters and world were well developed and I had the sense the author knew more than what she was saying (which is what every author should aim to do in my opinion)。 It gave the sense of wonder and freedom。 This retelling was taken to a whole new level and I can’t wait to read Every single thing about this book was amazing。 I can not think of a single thing that I disliked about this novel, I cannot and will not get over it。 The writing was beautiful, the plot was clearly well thought out, the characters and world were well developed and I had the sense the author knew more than what she was saying (which is what every author should aim to do in my opinion)。 It gave the sense of wonder and freedom。 This retelling was taken to a whole new level and I can’t wait to read the next book!! This book is, in a nutshell, Cyborg Cinderella in space。 Well, technically not in space, but with space-y elements。 I really liked it! It was a compelling story, fun to read, and I liked the characters。 It never left me on the edge of my seat or anything, and I saw the big twist that Cinder is Princess Selene coming a mile away, but I still enjoyed it a lot! Made me excited to continue the series。

After long last, I've finally read this book。 I know, I know。 You've all been waiting on the edge of your seats for me to read this book。 Here are all of my thoughts that nobody asked for: What I Did Like- Two things that happened genuinely surprised me。 #Respect to Marissa Meyer for sticking with her guns on these things。 - The doctor。 He's funny, okay? Plus he's kind of a fun twist on the fairy godmother。 - The premise is fun, even if I'm kinda robot-ist。 What I Didn't Like- I was bored for a After long last, I've finally read this book。 I know, I know。 You've all been waiting on the edge of your seats for me to read this book。 Here are all of my thoughts that nobody asked for: What I Did Like- Two things that happened genuinely surprised me。 #Respect to Marissa Meyer for sticking with her guns on these things。 - The doctor。 He's funny, okay? I love the retelling of classics。 Meyer does a wonderful job of weaving in the old to give it a little bit of nostalgia, but it is a totally new story with her creative twists and upgrades。 I confess I read this series out of order by accident。 I think I picked up Winter first (and it was good as a standalone)。 But I HAD to go back and start at the beginning with Cinder。 She is definitely on my favorite author list!
