I have always wanted to create realism in art。 This could be the anatomy of the human body, to the objects that I see on an everyday basis。 So that brought me to this lovely book, well more like an excellent teaching guide to building those drawing skills to improve my art。 This book does just that and also a few more things that are important when you want something to look realistic in a 3-dimensional view。The book, 30-Minute Drawing for Beginners by Jordan DeWilde is actually not super large I have always wanted to create realism in art。 This could be the anatomy of the human body, to the objects that I see on an everyday basis。 So that brought me to this lovely book, well more like an excellent teaching guide to building those drawing skills to improve my art。 This book does just that and also a few more things that are important when you want something to look realistic in a 3-dimensional view。The book, 30-Minute Drawing for Beginners by Jordan DeWilde is actually not super large so it's a book that doesn't take along time to grasp the concepts you need to draw a wonderful image。 Plus, it is honestly my top favorite of learning to draw books, this actually is taught in a style that really aids in learning and understanding what one is doing with their pencil on a piece of paper。 So I definitely don't feel lost or confused and can take my time to quickly understand what the steps and pages are telling me before moving on。 However, there are many books that will give you an image and allow you to follow one by one of each image。 Allowing you a similar copy of what is seen in these types of books。 Now that isn't quite a problem, but what if you want to venture into some other views of this animal, human, or object。 Well, you know how to draw what you see in this book with simple lines。 However, it won't allow you to draw anything else of this picture, but what is sitting or standing in the book in front of you。 So to have this guide and be able to go beyond the simple human body, well that is what amazes me! It takes a more professional teaching curve to improve one drawing not just make you draw repetitive images。 In addition to what this book can teach you。 There are so many exercises to give the reader and artist in the making a way to build on what they were just taught and create a more realistic or perspective view of the landscape or object you want to draw。 With the shading techniques and the layout to make one thing multiply and get smaller as it goes further away, well this book is that type of book! I was actually a bit amazed how this book really can take you to that entire course when it's so small。 Unlike many others, they may be over a hundred pages long and never tell you in simple and complete understanding of how to perform any of these actions。 Another thing is that this book provides as many others may do as well, is great tips and techniques that make learning these new skills a piece of cake。 It really makes one's learning experience a bit more easier and productive while being less tedious, long, confusing, and complicated to ever believe that one will want to stick to learning such a way of drawing or even actually acquire such skills。 Some of the tips that this author has provided inside will include ones you can copy in the beginning lessons and soon venture towards working with things you see everywhere in your life。 Such as real products, pets, people, architectural designs, and everything else。 It's amazing what one can learn from a single book and learn to accomplish afterward。Finally, I could probably go on and on about this book, cause it's just that great! I have never seen a book done so well and made it so easy for one to work with and learn to draw not just one subject or item, but to draw everything one wants to draw。 From the tree in front of you and the food in the kitchen on the table or even if it's the entire scenery around you like the landscape, it's all possible with this book。 Just a one-of-a-kind book to get those skills one needs to become a professional artist!"I have been given here is a free copy of 30-Minute Drawing for Beginners in exchange for my honest opinion" 。。。more
