Summary

My disease is as rare as it is famous。 It’s a form of Severe Combined Immunodeficiency, but basically, I’m allergic to the world。 I don’t leave my house, have not left my house in fifteen years。 The only people I ever see are my mom and my nurse, Carla。

But then one day, a moving truck arrives。 New next door neighbors。 I look out the window, and I see him。 He’s tall, lean and wearing all black—black t-shirt, black jeans, black sneakers and a black knit cap that covers his hair completely。 He catches me looking and stares at me。 I stare right back。 His name is Olly。 I want to learn everything about him, and I do。 I learn that he is funny and fierce。 I learn that his eyes are Atlantic Ocean-blue and that his vice is stealing silverware。 I learn that when I talk to him, my whole world opens up, and I feel myself starting to change—starting to want things。 To want out of my bubble。 To want everything, everything the world has to offer。

Maybe we can’t predict the future, but we can predict some things。 For example, I am certainly going to fall in love with Olly。 It’s almost certainly going to be a disaster。

The twisted end。。 just blew my mind! I really cannot believe what I read! Damn! I mean oh my gosh。。 I can’t imagine the storyline。。 how can one do that to another? How could a mother? Wow!! Love really does make us do crazy things。

This book was pretty much a typical YA, the characters nor the plot particularly jumped out, however, it was a fun, quick read。 Would recommend if you wanted something lighthearted with some teenage growth and some happy, yet unrealistic, moments

Very beautiful story and very emotional。

I don't usually read novels that revolve around romance, but this has such an intriguing plot that I thought it was definitely worth it。 Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon was a book with an impressively profound theme and reflection。 Nicola Yoon has really captured so many emotions a book can have all at once。 There are really good plot twists and I especially enjoyed her expressive, descriptive writing。 Everything, Everything is about Madeline Whittier, who has spent her whole life, 17 year I don't usually read novels that revolve around romance, but this has such an intriguing plot that I thought it was definitely worth it。 Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon was a book with an impressively profound theme and reflection。 Nicola Yoon has really captured so many emotions a book can have all at once。 There are really good plot twists and I especially enjoyed her expressive, descriptive writing。 Everything, Everything is about Madeline Whittier, who has spent her whole life, 17 years, indoors at home。 She can't go outside due to a rare condition called SCID, a dysfunctional immune system, and only sees her mom and her nurse。 However, new neighbors move in and suddenly, her life isn't the same。 Madeline finds herself longing to be with Olly。 She has to make the choice of living in a bubble or possibly risking everything for him。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Jag kunde inte sluta läsa。 Fantastisk bok med en unik historia och intressanta karaktärer。 VILKEN PLOT-TWIST!Allt var bara helt fantastiskt och så intressant att läsa om。 Hade aldrig kunnat komma på en idé med så mycket karaktärsutveckling och djup。Trodde verkligen inte att mamman ljög även fast det var lite konstigt att hon var sin dotters läkare。 Författaren fick en att känna lite medlidande för henne ändå, men jag förstår Maddys reaktion!

Madeline (p。s Maddy) has not seen the world almost her whole life till NOW until a boy named Ollie shifts next door and all of a sudden her life turns upside down, she is feeling things she has never felt, desiring things she never desired and wanting things she never wanted before。

Let me start of my saying this is my first book review。 This book is very predictable by that I mean before I was even half way threw the book I knew what was going on。 It was about a girl who is allergic to every thing in the outside word。 She only has contact with her mom and her nurse Clara, I think was her name (don’t come at me I read this two books ago)。 Some boy moves next door and ya you know how that goes。 Not what I usually read but overall it was a good book and very fast read。

Not gonna lie, I found this book kind of boring and basic at first, I still enjoyed it though。 Then it wasn't anymore。 Olly is a complete weirdo。 No judgement, but who's vice is stealing silverware and spends their time mastering handstands? But I guess most YA characters aren't that realistic。 I actually kind of liked Maddy。 It was pleasantly surprising that I didn't flat out hate her。 Like she wasn't very deep or that unique but I didn't hate her so there's that。 Anyway, a fun read。 I liked ho Not gonna lie, I found this book kind of boring and basic at first, I still enjoyed it though。 Then it wasn't anymore。 Olly is a complete weirdo。 No judgement, but who's vice is stealing silverware and spends their time mastering handstands? Me gustó bastante , interesante y dinámico, especial para esos días en los que quieres una lectura un tanto distinta。

this had potential but both the main characters are the most boring people on earth it would’ve been so much better if it wasn’t a romance and she did everything by herself and the romance wasn’t even good

Everything, Everything is the first book that I’ve read with this kind of plot。 It’s a good book tho it’s kind of simple compared to other YA novels。 The physical copy was really cute and I had fun reading it because of the graphics and drawings all throughout the pages。 The love interest was kinda cute too, they’re genuine lovers。 The ending was kind of predictable actually but still okay。 I loved the last chapter most, it’s the one part of the book that made my heart warm。
