This was all over the place as it has many different stories but the main thing it starts off with Batman vs Clayface， him remembering his times with Damian as he passed away recently and then there is the stuff with Superman and they team up on a supernatural case involving some soul eater， its a good tale of friendship and there is a good one where Batman has to team up with Harper and it also kind of acts as an origin for Blue Bird！ I read just the first 120 pages because after that it was SO This was all over the place as it has many different stories but the main thing it starts off with Batman vs Clayface， him remembering his times with Damian as he passed away recently and then there is the stuff with Superman and they team up on a supernatural case involving some soul eater， its a good tale of friendship and there is a good one where Batman has to team up with Harper and it also kind of acts as an origin for Blue Bird！ I read just the first 120 pages because after that it was SO BAD and I couldn't even with the constant art changes and all。。just terrible。 。。。more

Sorry but this one kinda sucked。 It didn’t make much sense reading it in order with the other mainline New 52 books。 The first couple of stories were good but then I was super lost and the new art style was NOT GOOD。 I know Endgame will be better so I’m excited for that。 Probably going to be at least 4 stars。

Jumping back into the Snyder run， this collects some of the one-shot stories and ties in to other DC storylines。 As always with these collections， rather than one story， it results in an uneven mix of different art and tone， but there are some good episodes included to make it worth reading。

It’s a good collection of mostly disjointed stories。 A little Bluebird， some Clayface， some serial killer action， some magic， some catwoman。。。 fun for the whole family。 My biggest complaint is the ancillary nature of these “episodes” paired with the teases and references to stuff I’m not reading， like Batman Eternal。 Anyway， it’s still pretty damn good。

Це чіт， насправді。 Сингли， що виходили в рамках "Бетмену New52" - під однією твердою обкладинкою。 Прямо як в оригінальному виданні і на відміну від росіянської версії， де треба було купувати тонкі зошити і вигадувати， як їх зберігати。 Добра новина， так？Про сумнівне。 Оскільки збірка охоплює різні часові проміжки， то орієнтуватися важко і доводиться перечитувати анотацію。 Занадто багато у синглах відсилок до великих подій。Перша історія про банду Червоних Ковпаків， і вона практично ідеальна。 Пограб Це чіт， насправді。 Сингли， що виходили в рамках "Бетмену New52" - під однією твердою обкладинкою。 Прямо як в оригінальному виданні і на відміну від росіянської версії， де треба було купувати тонкі зошити і вигадувати， як їх зберігати。 Добра новина， так？Про сумнівне。 Оскільки збірка охоплює різні часові проміжки， то орієнтуватися важко і доводиться перечитувати анотацію。 Занадто багато у синглах відсилок до великих подій。Перша історія про банду Червоних Ковпаків， і вона практично ідеальна。 Пограбування， перевдягання， переслідування。 І нуль детективної роботи， але вона тут не потрібна， бо це історія-затравка。 Грег Капулло на висоті， як і у всій серії。Далі “Завтра”， коротка історія про мілких бетменят。 Ну， ви， мабуть， знаєте， що сталося по сюжету， тому спойлити не буду。 Просто мілкі бетменята за кілька років до основних подій。 Намальовано на трійку。“Рішучість” про дівчинку， яка фанатіє від Бетмена на фоні своєї психологічної травми。 У бетмена теж не все в порядку， тому тут багато діалогів і є навіть бет-істерики。 В принципі， нормальна історія， щоб відволіктися від стандартних і зануритися у переживання героїв。 Але не у збірці。Далі історія про Глиноликого， і вона абсолютно бетменівська。 Є поганець， є герой， є смертельна ситуація， з якої треба вибратися。 Окремий плюс за чудову обкладинку і емоційний фінал。“Облудні вогні” - практично переказ шаблонної серії “Супернатуралів”。 Тобто автори “Бетмена” замахнулись на хоррор。 Підозрюю， це зроблено для того， щоб передати поточний психологічний стан Брюса， який ще не відійшов від спойлерної події。 В якості другого брата Вінчестера виступає Супермен。 Насправді виглядає як порушення певного балансу。 Тут краще підійшов би Джон Константин （а вони з Бетсом існують у рамках єдиного всесвіту）。“Віки” - про найстарішу пацієнтку “Аркхему”。 Історія задля катарсису Бетмена。 Оскільки емоцій було достатньо і до цього， цей шматок філлерів мені не сподобався。 Бетмену дають пережити травматичний досвід， щоб зцілити його。 Мабуть， з точки зору розвитку персонажу ця історія потрібна， але я повторюся， мені це видалося перебором。 Напевно， знайдуться ті， кому таке сподобається。“Тихий” - про маньяка-вбивцю， який жертвами обирав людей з низів， нікому не потрібних і суспільно непомітних。 Пряма та плоска， як дошка， історія， але з непоганим фіналом。Остання історія про майбутнє Готему。 Дуже типовий філлер， який веде за ручку до великої окремої серії пригод Бетмена。 Мабуть， шостий том серії - єдиний， який можна пропустити і нічого не втратити。 Як на мене， замало гачків， які могли б зачепити （навіть натяк на "Бетмен: Вічний" не рятує）， забагато згадувань подій， про які читач вже міг і підзабути。 І це все з подачею у вигляді збірки， тому відчуття， що скачеш з одного на інше і іноді навіть опиняєшся в сюжетній ямі， бо не всі історії однаково хороші。 。。。more

Some great stories in here。 These are all side stories intended to fill out the batman storyline。 Not really necessary to read for the main Batman story。 However， it does feature the intro to Harper Row/Bluebird which I enjoyed。

I remember reading the stories collected in this volume in single issues and not being the biggest fan of them。 However upon this re-read I can appreciate them a lot more。 As mostly self contained stories （with the odd requirement of prior new 52 knowledge） each issue contained in this volume works well enough on its own。 The highlight is the issue with Batman dealing with his most recent， and arguably most tragic， loss and how he is struggling to deal with it。 Harper Row is given more to do （an I remember reading the stories collected in this volume in single issues and not being the biggest fan of them。 However upon this re-read I can appreciate them a lot more。 As mostly self contained stories （with the odd requirement of prior new 52 knowledge） each issue contained in this volume works well enough on its own。 The highlight is the issue with Batman dealing with his most recent， and arguably most tragic， loss and how he is struggling to deal with it。 Harper Row is given more to do （and eventually an alter ego） in one of the better issues and we get a fun， if not slightly daft story with Superman。 This volume is the definition of filler but it’s an enjoyable read nonetheless。 。。。more

Well， as short stories collection tend to， this is just too inconsitent。 Some short stories are quite great， some are ruined by unneccesary effects （digital masking :D） and some are。。。why did that happen？ Just why？ Overall， an average thing。 Worth reading for some new takes on Arkham and madness， but I have sighed on far too many places。
