When I picked up this guided journal from the bookshop, there was no clear indication that this "reflective" workbook was entirely based on the menstrual cycle。 As a woman who does not menstruate, I find it completely unusable。 Also, the tone of the lessons is incredibly distant from traditional yogic instruction。 It's an issue of personal taste, but I don't want to attempt introspection with a prompt that includes a cringey "It's all you, boo!"
