Wonderful book to teach elementary school children (and their parents) about viruses and all we can do to protect ourselves and others from them。 It is very easy to read, the illustrations are engaging and fun。 I loved the quiz at the end。 I have something to say to the Ellas Educan Collective and the author, and that is ¡Gracias!

I really enjoyed this brilliantly colored illustrations with the facts regarding viruses throughout history。 The story tells of the different kinds of viruses and how some effect humans and some do not。 The book even comes with a true/false test that I really had fun with。 Definitely recommend this book to kids of all ages。 Thanks to #netgalley for the advanced reader copy。 I loved it!

I received an ARC version from raincoast for my review。 an informative colourful dive into world of viruses。 A good mix of technical and simple language。 worth getting as it covers all the different aspects of viruses from where they are, how we get infected, to how to to safe。 The different categories of viruses are covered as well。 A well rounded book。

A great nonfiction book for kids to learn about viruses! The illustrations were silly, fun, and colorful and there was so much information presented。 Because of some complicated scientific terms, I would recommend this book for older children/upper elementary。 Of course, it is a very timely book with COVID and it covers that, as well as a lot more (the history of viruses, how they reproduce, how they spread, different types of viruses, etc。)。 I appreciated that they state that not all viruses ar A great nonfiction book for kids to learn about viruses! This is a interesting little read for children。 I really liked the quiz section at the end of the book。 The one thing that I did not care for was the illustrations。 They were not cute and my kids thought they were kind of scary。 Otherwise, it was a fine book for discussing viruses with children。

This book provides all of the information an upper elementary student could possibly need about viruses。 It is thorough and the illustrations are super engaging! I feel parents could learn a lot from the book! My only concern is that while the author states that viruses also do good things, there are significantly more examples of scary viruses and could worry an already anxious child。

This book provides easy to read and understand information about germs, bacteria, viruses, and vaccines。 Children will learn about viruses throughout the ages, the first vaccine for a virus, how helpful viruses work, and how vaccines work。 Timely, appropriate, and child-friendly。
