Summary

It was so much fun to read about the summer that Sunny became a teenager。 The story and artwork compliment each other perfectly。 Too bad the pub date was delayed。 This is a summer read for sure。

My favorite installment of the series yet！ I love the relationship between Sunny and her grandpa and I was glad to see him return。 Very cute overall， lots of great nods to the 70s and plenty of moments to look back and chuckle at my own teenage self。

I love all the Sunny books and was impressed that the fourth one is as good as the first。 Her experience at the pool reminded me of my own pool days and it was great having Gramps make an appearance。 （I borrowed it from my kiddo; he loves them all too。）

This was a really fun summer story。 You don’t have to read the other books featuring Sunny to understand this book， although the others are great too。 The art is nice， not too detailed。 The text is good as is the story。 It’s funny， with a bit of romance thrown in。 （Read an ARC。）
