Just as good as book 1。 So much going on to hold my interest， this is by far one of the most unhealthy relationships I’ve read about， but I’m still rooting for them。 Looking forward to how it ends in book 3。

This was so good。 The last book left us hanging big time so I was first frustrated to see we were taking off where we left off but instead went back in time to uncover Lia and Adrian， however， I never knew I needed this。It adds more depth， context and a whole lotta pain。 And yes， still a spicy read 🌶 I’m still confused on where we’re headed but I’m happy going along for the ride。

It was hard to read this book because techinically this is the first in chronological order。 I am not patient。 And I want to know what happens after。 I would’ve just liked the main events honestly。 Also， well I thought lia and Adrian had a better relationship than what I have witnessed。 And in this book， we know winter is real but she’s so insignificant。 We also learned she’s a Italian mafias daughter which is not suprising at all but I would’ve liked more of a suprise。
