Gives you a projected end and takes you there。 I certainly would differ on some of the suppositions that they make but they draw a clear line between their proposal and possible results。 A helpful boo for those who enjoy Sinek’s work。

Just a poor review of the first book with lots of filler and a process to "Find Your Why" that is not really practical。 Just a poor review of the first book with lots of filler and a process to "Find Your Why" that is not really practical。 。。。more

Good practical steps for finding your why。 Not as inspiring as Start with Why, but as a companion and a "how to" it is great。 Good practical steps for finding your why。 Not as inspiring as Start with Why, but as a companion and a "how to" it is great。 。。。more

It is useful to draft your purpose (why), and actionable values (how) as well as your team´s ones。 Its value relies on being a guide step by step。 I listened to the audiobook rather than read the book, because the key concepts of this book are simple to understand but valuable。As feedback, I would like more inspiring stories (examples) as well as linking best practices with research work。

I skipped two whole chapters。 This book could have been about 200 pages shorter。 And you need a partner。 Waste

This book helps to find your Why。

”Every one of us has a WHY, a deep-seated purpose, cause or belief that is the source of our passion and inspiration。” I enjoy the concept of this book, but I wasn’t ready or motivated to take the necessary leaps to find my why。Find Your Why is primarily a workshop guidebook and secondarily a self-improvement book。 It makes sense since the workshop guide is going to take much longer to detail than the individual journey, but it wasn’t the kind of practical guide I was expecting。 Thankfully, t ”Every one of us has a WHY, a deep-seated purpose, cause or belief that is the source of our passion and inspiration。” I enjoy the concept of this book, but I wasn’t ready or motivated to take the necessary leaps to find my why。Find Your Why is primarily a workshop guidebook and secondarily a self-improvement book。 It makes sense since the workshop guide is going to take much longer to detail than the individual journey, but it wasn’t the kind of practical guide I was expecting。 Thankfully, the book is clearly divided between the two sections so the reader can easily skip over large parts of the books that only apply to those managing workshops。 。。。more

A good campanien to Stat With WhyThis is a good book for discovering your why。 A word of caution: select your why discovery partner wisely。 The right person will tease it out of you, the wrong person will delay the process。

As a continuation from start with Why, this book gives you a framework for finding your why。 Had tough time finding a partner and letting them know about the framework and for investing their time into helping you。 Helps you discover yourself and your core values。

From what I have heard about Simon, he should not have lended his name for this book

Having heard about Golden Circle, I started this book in hunger!Great ideas。I will read this one again … as I need to rethink。

I wish this book was available when I was starting out。 I would have found more fulfillment in my jobs and more congruence with my life goals and personality。 Sinek's "Golden Circle" works on a lot of levels and in a lot of situations: it's great to be idealistic and find purpose to what you do, but you also have to stay grounded with how to accomplish things and what the steps are to achieve the why。Essential book for those graduating high school to read。 I wish this book was available when I was starting out。 I would have found more fulfillment in my jobs and more congruence with my life goals and personality。 Sinek's "Golden Circle" works on a lot of levels and in a lot of situations: it's great to be idealistic and find purpose to what you do, but you also have to stay grounded with how to accomplish things and what the steps are to achieve the why。Essential book for those graduating high school to read。 。。。more

Bob Oeyen

As the title says, it is a practical guide but nothing more。 Read it as a manual but not with the expectation of insightful ideas。 It is basically just step by step explaining what to do, so only relevant if you will do this。

My God。 What a book it was。 Soul Calming book。 The points which were left undescribed in Start with Why, This books cover them all。 One thing I don't like is that this book is specifically pointed towards managers and owners of companies but not as a Human Being。 Like How to Find Your Why for a mother of 2 toddlers。 A sweeper in a company。。。☠️ My God。 What a book it was。 Soul Calming book。 The points which were left undescribed in Start with Why, This books cover them all。 One thing I don't like is that this book is specifically pointed towards managers and owners of companies but not as a Human Being。 Like How to Find Your Why for a mother of 2 toddlers。 A sweeper in a company。。。☠️ 。。。more

Great resource for me to use in class。 It helped me remember a training I went to many years ago - titled FAmily Unity。 In the training we were taught to keep digging deeper to discover the "why" beneath the layers of shallow reasons the families gave us at first。 。。。 that even the families did not "know" their deep reasons "why。"THis book is well presented with helpful steps to take to discovder your own "why" Great resource for me to use in class。 It helped me remember a training I went to many years ago - titled FAmily Unity。 In the training we were taught to keep digging deeper to discover the "why" beneath the layers of shallow reasons the families gave us at first。 。。。 that even the families did not "know" their deep reasons "why。"THis book is well presented with helpful steps to take to discovder your own "why" 。。。more

A guide book providing a way how to identify the inner drive enabling to be more committed to selected work or to start finding the right company or job。 Now the whole process is very US culture oriented - at least per my taste。 Not coming from a US culture and having spent time with education, introspection and cooperation, the same result may be achieved using other processes。 Still a good book to read and sort own thoughts and priorities。

Love Sinek and his Why! Any book of his is worth reading。

Lukasz Nalepa

This is not a book you read to learn something this is 。。。 literally a field guide, for those who are seeking their Why。 Too bad actually, as I was hoping for some content, other than sheer instructions ;)

Should probably just be a free PDF you get when you read Start With Why。 Read it only if you plan on hosting a workshop around this and want some extra guidance。

It is a well-written and easy-to-read book。 When I started it, it was for a professional purpose, on the recommendation of a social media management course, to improve my business and my brand identity, but in the end it helped me personally。Isn't a magic book, it's a book that gives you tools to be honest with yourself。 Reading it isn't enough, you must follow the exercises。 It is a well-written and easy-to-read book。 When I started it, it was for a professional purpose, on the recommendation of a social media management course, to improve my business and my brand identity, but in the end it helped me personally。Isn't a magic book, it's a book that gives you tools to be honest with yourself。 Reading it isn't enough, you must follow the exercises。 。。。more
