I liked the story but didn't like how the author explained the story and found it too kiddish for my age。 I might have liked this book if i were much younger。 I liked the story but didn't like how the author explained the story and found it too kiddish for my age。 I might have liked this book if i were much younger。 。。。more

This was my very first Bible as a child。 My mom read it to me every night。 Though, it wasn’t until recently that I went back to relive those childhood moments in bed。 The illustration was amazing, as well as the boldness of the stories。 The stories of the Bible did not get washed out because it is a children’s Bible, very good book indeed!

This Bible is my favorite read-aloud Bible for toddlers。 The pictures are warm, friendly, and not too cluttered。 The text is a young child size, clear, bold, and every part has a question to ask your child。 This is such a favorite, that our church gives this book to every family with the birth or adoption of each new child。 It's also neat because many of our adults had an older version of Kenneth Taylor's child-friendly bible read to them。 And soon the ones who were given this Bible will be havi This Bible is my favorite read-aloud Bible for toddlers。 The pictures are warm, friendly, and not too cluttered。 The text is a young child size, clear, bold, and every part has a question to ask your child。 This is such a favorite, that our church gives this book to every family with the birth or adoption of each new child。 It's also neat because many of our adults had an older version of Kenneth Taylor's child-friendly bible read to them。 And soon the ones who were given this Bible will be having their own children。 It's also child-size, easy to carry, a hardback, and durable。 The text is truth from the bible in kid known words。 Well-chosen events from bible history are featured。 。。。more

Very short, colorfully illustrated Bible stories for the very young。 Each two-page spread includes a question and the source in the Bible for the story。 Read one or half a dozen--whatever your two-year-old's attention span。 Ken Taylor wrote The Bible In Pictures for Little Eyes that was my first Bible story book two generations ago。 He is still helping families to gather around the Word and inspiring little ones to love the Bible。 Very short, colorfully illustrated Bible stories for the very young。 Each two-page spread includes a question and the source in the Bible for the story。 Read one or half a dozen--whatever your two-year-old's attention span。 Ken Taylor wrote The Bible In Pictures for Little Eyes that was my first Bible story book two generations ago。 He is still helping families to gather around the Word and inspiring little ones to love the Bible。 。。。more

The only great thing about this little bible is that it is small and attractive to small children。 It is very boring to read aloud, but very good for beginning readers who are already familiar with the stories。 The stories have no beginning or end, and are just cobbled together, and don't make much sense, but for a beginning reader this is perfect。 The only great thing about this little bible is that it is small and attractive to small children。 It is very boring to read aloud, but very good for beginning readers who are already familiar with the stories。 The stories have no beginning or end, and are just cobbled together, and don't make much sense, but for a beginning reader this is perfect。 。。。more
