This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 I was going to give this book 4 stars because it’s was better than Scorch Trials but it still wasn’t giving what it needed to。 I will admit the first chapters were GREAT but then it started going downhill when your left with so many questions like （I guess they will be answered in the prequels） what happened with the other Gladers from the original maze？ Was it rlly the best thing for Thomas to never get his memories back？ （Even after going to Hans） Did WICKED really think releasing Gally into s I was going to give this book 4 stars because it’s was better than Scorch Trials but it still wasn’t giving what it needed to。 I will admit the first chapters were GREAT but then it started going downhill when your left with so many questions like （I guess they will be answered in the prequels） what happened with the other Gladers from the original maze？ Was it rlly the best thing for Thomas to never get his memories back？ （Even after going to Hans） Did WICKED really think releasing Gally into society wouldn’t automatically make him go and find the enemy organization？ （to then plot against them lmao） Why did we never get anymore background on Brenda？ This isn’t a question， but NEWT。 And was it rlly necessary for Teresa to die within like the last couple of pages and then everyone barely acknowledged it。 also WHO is the Chancellor？ And if she was the head of WICKED then why didn’t she just stop the trials in the first place？ （if she was just going to send them away anyways） Last thing… this “paradise” what is it/where is it and why didn’t they just do that sooner。 。。。more

THE INFAMOUS PAGE 250。 NEWT SEEING THOMAS TELLING HIM ABOUT THE LIMP TELLING HIM ABOUT HOW HE HATES THOMAS WHEN I KNOW HE DOESNT AND THEN NEWT ATTACKING HIM AND THESE WORDS:PLEASE， TOMMY。 PLEASE。HEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPFrom Newt’s POV this must’ve felt so hurtful and terrible。 How the one favor he’s ever asked is for thomas to KILL HIM because he knows he’s going to go insane and loose himself completely and he’d rather be dead just completely broke me。 And then when he was like screaming his head off at Tommy and it made me realize how much Newt had grown to love and trust Tommy even though he’d known other people longer like Minho and Alby and those other Gladers。 And like I knew he didn't hate Tommy but also the what if he did？ What if he doesn't remember his best friend in the world anymore？ Just heart-breaking-into-a-million-pieces sad。 And my friend said that like it was the only way it could've ended， with the right amount of closure， and that kinda hit me。 Because she’s kinda right。 AND also the way that it was Thomas that Newt asked。 He didnt ask Minho who he knew longer and who was there when he tried to commit suicide in the maze。 It was TOMMY。 AgyeufiwgheisudfhkegdsiuhojAnd when Tommy open’s Newt’s note。 Feels that he betrayed Newt， I cried and sobbed。Then Tommy goes to WICKED， plants the device thingy， then Rat Man wants to take out his fucking brain but then RIght Arm to the rescue and then Thomas cant get away and hes sedated but then Paige stopped it and he wakes up to find her note and then he finds the remaining Gladers and they go to the Maze where all the new candidates are and he tries to help them all break out but some of them don’t make it。 And then down the Griever Hole， where the grievers wake up and Thomas kills them all with help。 And then the Flat Trans and people go through and theyre all trying but then that stupid bitch， Rat Man comes in and attacks them and Thomas kills him。 THANK GOD。 Hated him。 And then the ceiling falls and Teresa tries to push Thomas away but she eats smooshed。 Oh well， never really liked her anyway。 AND WHEN THEY GET THRU THE TRANS ITS FUCKING WONDERLAND。 GREEN GRASS， In a sentence， The Death Cure begins with Thomas running away from WICKED headquarters， and ending with Thomas fighting his way back to WICKED HQ。 Makes sense？The Death Cure is the third book in the Maze Runner trilogy， and undoubtedly my favorite movie adaptation。 The whole book is just a confusion of where Thomas has to go， so many places in so little time。 Friends turn out to be foes， and foes turn out to be friends （eg。 Teresa and Dr。 Paige， respectively）。 The group moves from one place to a In a sentence， The Death Cure begins with Thomas running away from WICKED headquarters， and ending with Thomas fighting his way back to WICKED HQ。 Makes sense？The Death Cure is the third book in the Maze Runner trilogy， and undoubtedly my favorite movie adaptation。 The whole book is just a confusion of where Thomas has to go， so many places in so little time。 Friends turn out to be foes， and foes turn out to be friends （eg。 Teresa and Dr。 Paige， respectively）。 The group moves from one place to another， as they are constantly on the move due to being hunted by WICKED。 Gally， who had presumably died in book one reappears and is actually a friend in helping the group （Thomas， Newt， Minho） escaping WICKED and the supposed safe city， which is quickly overrun with Cranks。 I don't remember much of this book due to the fact that I had lost interest in reading every detail and every word because of how disappointing the series turned out to be。 I was skimming the pages quickly just so I could end my misery。 In the book， Newt and Teresa die。 Newt's death didn't matter much to me， and didn't affect me much either。 But the movie equivalent hurt me and broke me。 Seeing Newt， a close friend to Thomas ， whom Thomas could have saved if only he had remained in WICKED even five minutes longer， die was absolutely heart-breaking。 Thomas had to fight Newt as he had turned full Crank by the end of his life。 His eyes black， his humanity gone。。。 And Teresa; in the book， I know she was doing what she thought was right， fighting for what she truly believed in， but in the end， there were better ways to go about showing that WICKED is good。 She dies， trying to save Thomas。 Her death in the book did make me feel a sort of sadness for her。 She did thinking what she was doing was the right thing to do， and being a science student myself， I actually agree with her。 It is acceptable， in their situation， for the minority to suffer for the betterment of the future。 But， IDK。 Her movie death， the way she fell as the WICKED HQ building gave way beneath her。。。 oof。 If I'm being honest， her death was a bit expected。 I knew the survivors would not be able to forgive her for what she did， even though Thomas might。 What I liked in the book:1。 I liked the idea of a whole place/city where all the rich and healthy people live， safe from the dangers of the outside world。 2。 I liked the idea of that SAFE city being overrun by the very things that they stayed away from。 3。 I also like the idea of the Cranks forming an alliance amongst themselves， proving that they were not just mindless zombies but were still able to have organizational skills。Jorge， though， again， stereotypical character。 "Hermano" was so overused in this book， it gave me a headache to read his dialogues。 By the end of the third book， you have wayy more questions that answers。 And if you are desperate to get answers， reading the fourth and fifth books might help， a little。 If you're wondering if you should spend more time reading the prequels， please don't。 Questions I still had by the end of the book:1。 The survivors are finally safe from any more tests and trials。 They are sent to a utopia of evergreen scenery and fresh water。 But what about the rest of the world？ Do they fend for themselves and figure it out alone or give up hope and pray for a quick death？2。 Who the heck is Chancellor Paige？ Three books and not much information on her identity。 3。 Thomas' memory。 As he decides not to get them back at the start of Book 3， we do not get to know his past or his relationship with Teresa before the Maze， and how did they help with the building of the Maze？Wanna know the answers？ Read the prequels。 A simple 2 star from me。 。。。more
