Summary

At a high school where the students are literally divided into predators and prey， friendships maintain the fragile peace。 Who among them will become a Beastar—a hero destined to lead in a society naturally rife with mistrust？

Legoshi gets to see a new side to his grandpa and also gets to know his neighbors， including Seven the sheep and Sagwan the spotted seal。 Meanwhile， Grandpa Gosha has a reunion with Beastar Yahya which puts Legoshi on Yahya's radar。 A bit of a slow volume， but oooh this is getting good！ I'm all for vigilante Legoshi！！This series has 22 volumes。 Legoshi gets to see a new side to his grandpa and also gets to know his neighbors， including Seven the sheep and Sagwan the spotted seal。 Meanwhile， Grandpa Gosha has a reunion with Beastar Yahya which puts Legoshi on Yahya's radar。 A bit of a slow volume， but oooh this is getting good！ I'm all for vigilante Legoshi！！This series has 22 volumes。 。。。more

Thank you to NetGalley， VIZ Media， and Paru Itagaki for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review。Legoshi dropped out of his school and now lives on his own， making a living working at a ramen bar while learning how to live life as a registered meat offender。 Legoshi lives in an apartment complex that isn't exactly in the best of neighborhoods， and being a registered meat offender， is stereotyped often and thought to possibly be at a higher risk of a new drug going aroun Thank you to NetGalley， VIZ Media， and Paru Itagaki for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review。Legoshi dropped out of his school and now lives on his own， making a living working at a ramen bar while learning how to live life as a registered meat offender。 Legoshi lives in an apartment complex that isn't exactly in the best of neighborhoods， and being a registered meat offender， is stereotyped often and thought to possibly be at a higher risk of a new drug going around affecting carnivores。 BB is made of the blood and bones of herbivores and drives a carnivore's desire for meat。 At least with Legoshi， the authorities find themselves in a place of surprise。We also get a bit of back and forth between Legoshi and his grandfather， showing a little bit more of the history there， as well as his grandfather's connection to the current BEASTAR。 What will the BEASTAR think of Legoshi？ And there is an interesting aspect involving marine animals in this volume， something that has not yet been explored in previous volumes。Another fine installment， and auto-buy， and I can't wait for the next one！ A worthwhile series for anyone interested in a truly intriguing world and story。 。。。more

Another solid installment in the series！ I continue to enjoy each volume。 I loved getting to know Legoshi's background a bit more， and it makes more sense now why Legoshi is the kind of wolf he is。 We see some characters that we haven't seen for a while， and I honestly love the new character that will be playing a bigger part here soon。 He has been hinted at in the last couple of volumes。 Another solid installment in the series！ I continue to enjoy each volume。 I loved getting to know Legoshi's background a bit more， and it makes more sense now why Legoshi is the kind of wolf he is。 We see some characters that we haven't seen for a while， and I honestly love the new character that will be playing a bigger part here soon。 He has been hinted at in the last couple of volumes。 。。。more

Както винаги， беше прекрасно！ Развиват се не само самата история и персонажите ѝ， но и научаваме малко повече за света， в който живеят и културните различия。 Връзката между Легоши и новата му съседка Себун минава на по-горни нива。 Луи няма много появи в броя， но въпреки малката си роля， той успява， за пореден път， да помогне на Легоши да научи повече за самия себе си。 Въвеждането на Сагуан като персонаж също ми хареса- той запознава и Легоши и читателите към една различна среда с различни възгл Както винаги， беше прекрасно！ Развиват се не само самата история и персонажите ѝ， но и научаваме малко повече за света， в който живеят и културните различия。 Връзката между Легоши и новата му съседка Себун минава на по-горни нива。 Луи няма много появи в броя， но въпреки малката си роля， той успява， за пореден път， да помогне на Легоши да научи повече за самия себе си。 Въвеждането на Сагуан като персонаж също ми хареса- той запознава и Легоши и читателите към една различна среда с различни възгледи， като в същото време учи Легоши на много за избягването на етноцентризма。English: As always， it was splendid！ Not only the story itself and the characters develop， but we also learn a little more about the world they live in and its cultural differences。 The relationships between Legoshi and his new neighbor Sebun goes to higher （ more personal） levels。 Louis doesn't have much appearances in the issue， but even with his little role， he manages to help Legoshi learn more about himself。 I also like the introduction of Sagwan as a character - he introduces both Legoshi and the readers to a different environment with different views， while teaching the young wolf a lot about avoiding ethnocentrism 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 Aww！ Also， AHH！ That perfectly sums up my reaction at volume's end。 It's nice to see Legoshi come to terms with the choices he's made and where he is now （still in a relationship with Haru， dropping out of school， living in a lower income condo with a wages only job）， but instead of wallowing， he's actually become quite selfless and content with his present without giving up on his future。 He even extends an open invitation to all the residents in the condo to come and enjoy his surplus of rice Aww！ Also， AHH！ That perfectly sums up my reaction at volume's end。 It's nice to see Legoshi come to terms with the choices he's made and where he is now （still in a relationship with Haru， dropping out of school， living in a lower income condo with a wages only job）， but instead of wallowing， he's actually become quite selfless and content with his present without giving up on his future。 He even extends an open invitation to all the residents in the condo to come and enjoy his surplus of rice cakes， which leads to an impromptu share session， where stereotypes are smashed yet again as we meet the many artistic/philanthropic residents who happen to live in less than desirable digs。 I can appreciate not judging residents within by the state of bricks beyond。 However， Yafya better use some of his law enforcement pull to get Legoshi's record expunged。 Our goofy wolf needs his HEA。 。。。more
