▪️El monstruo de colores se ha levantado muy confuso con sus emociones y no sabe qué hacer。Su amiga le va a ayudar a poner todo en orden。 ¿Pondrá en equilibrio sus sentimientos？🤗▫️Nos encontramos con un libro corto pero muy intenso， lleno de ideas para analizar。 En mi opinión， los libros que enseñan a los más pequeños distintas emociones o sentimientos son muy necesarios para su desarrollo emocional y aprender， primero a reconocer y luego a gestionar sus sentimientos。En este cuento nos encontra ▪️El monstruo de colores se ha levantado muy confuso con sus emociones y no sabe qué hacer。Su amiga le va a ayudar a poner todo en orden。 ¿Pondrá en equilibrio sus sentimientos？🤗▫️Nos encontramos con un libro corto pero muy intenso， lleno de ideas para analizar。 En mi opinión， los libros que enseñan a los más pequeños distintas emociones o sentimientos son muy necesarios para su desarrollo emocional y aprender， primero a reconocer y luego a gestionar sus sentimientos。En este cuento nos encontramos con las principales emociones y más directas para niños de 3 a 5 años （que es la edad recomendada para este libro）: alegría， rabia， tristeza， miedo y calma。 Ninguna de ellas es negativa o positiva， solo están ahí para entenderlas。En cada emoción encontramos una relación con un color， objetos， acciones， etc。， de la vida cotidiana， así los pequeños los reconocen e identifican con mayor sencillez。 Por ejemplo: la rabia se asocia al color rojo， al fuego como objeto， a la acción de injusticia y de descarga en otros。El libro Pop-Up es la mejor opción （a mi parecer） para los más pequeños， ya que es más llamativo y visual。 Los dibujos del libro como las camas， sillas， tarros， etc。， están pintados como si fueran cartón y periódico， así también concienciamos a futuras generaciones sobre la importancia del reciclaje。 Los dibujos son simples y sencillos facilitando y potenciando al niño su lado más creativo。Lo recomiendo muchísimo para las mamis y los peques de edades más bajas 。。。more

Excellent for helping young students sort out how they are feeling。 Very easy to make lesson plans with…I may introduce emotion jars in the library to help keep the story fresh for the kiddos。 This will easily become a yearly read starting with Pre-K through 1st graders

This book is about a monster that is all twisted up with emotions。 His emotions are represented as colors and in the beginning， he is a multicolor monster。 He separates his emotions and figures out which ones are which and what they mean。 It goes in depth on how anger， happiness， calmness， sacredness can make us feel。 The illustrations are really great and are reminiscent of a Childs drawings- this really adds to the overall feel of the story， as it connects to a Childs emotions。

I used this book for an read aloud and fell in love with it， i think it is the perfect book for introducing understanding feelings to young kids。 I love that it helps bring visuals to the idea of feelings through the use of colors。 After reading it for my read aloud assignment I also read it to the children I nanny and they also loved it。 It is such a cute and fun book， I will defintely use it one day when I have my own classroom！

This is a perfect book for teaching young children about their emotions。 Feelings are sometimes hard to decipher at a young age and I believe this book encompasses that perfectly。 Each emotion being linked to an individual color to separate them I think could be a really helpful tool to use in real life as well！ Highly recommend！
