Really enjoyed some of the key plot points in this one and where the story went。 I loved how it set up the final book as well。 I did feel a little lost at times but I’m sure it was just me since I got a little distracted while reading this。 There is so much going on that you really need to be focused on whats happening on every page or you’ll get lost quick！

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 Rated three stars， because it just left me with more questions than answers， and did not feel as exciting character or plot-wise as Dream Thieves did。 First of all， HOW DID PERSEPHONE DIE？ What was she doing with the mirrors that led to her death？ How come that was never explained？？？ I also still don't really get what Blue is （a mirror？ an amplifier？ what？）。 And what is the "Blue Lily， Lily Blue" thing？ I don't think Gwenllian ever explained that， and it's the freaking title of the book and I st Rated three stars， because it just left me with more questions than answers， and did not feel as exciting character or plot-wise as Dream Thieves did。 First of all， HOW DID PERSEPHONE DIE？ What was she doing with the mirrors that led to her death？ How come that was never explained？？？ I also still don't really get what Blue is （a mirror？ an amplifier？ what？）。 And what is the "Blue Lily， Lily Blue" thing？ I don't think Gwenllian ever explained that， and it's the freaking title of the book and I still don't get what the deal is with that poem。 And why could Gansey wake the bones？？？？ WHY？？？However， I did love how the main romance in this book （at least for me） is now simply just Adam and Ronan！ God I loved their moments in this。 Like:"That noisy， lush religion had created him just as much as his father's world of dreams; it seemed impossible for all of Ronan to exist in one person。" （247） Like， COME ON。 LIKE， STFU。 AND-"The scent of Cabeswater， all trees after rain， drifted past Adam， and he realized that while he'd been looking at Ronan， Ronan had been looking at him。" （247） LIKE， STOP。 OR-"It was possible that there were two gods in this church。" （250） LIKE， I ACTUALLY SCREAMED。 It's actually rude they did this to us。 Other favorite quotes include:"Was that what life did to them all？ Chiseled them into harder， truer versions of themselves？" （292）"。。。 he had such a shit sense of direction - but once in the car， he knew the way。 Away。 All directions were away" （348） Just wow。 Some books just feel like an act of love as you're reading them， and that's how I feel reading the Raven Boys。 This book was no different from the others in that respect。 Anyway， onto the next one。 Excelsior。 。。。more
