Beast of Gévaudan arc wasn't my favourite part of the series but the ending for it had all kinds of interesting stuff like Vanitas' mark。 And shocking too。 Noé！！！ D: The whole Astolfo thing was at the same time maybe a good wake up call for Noé and kind of sad in that he lost a little of his belief that everybody can be good/reasoned with。 I say that because even though I don't want him to turn a cynic， being too naïve can lead to hurt too。But the next events were super intriguing and promise a Beast of Gévaudan arc wasn't my favourite part of the series but the ending for it had all kinds of interesting stuff like Vanitas' mark。 And shocking too。 Noé！！！ D: The whole Astolfo thing was at the same time maybe a good wake up call for Noé and kind of sad in that he lost a little of his belief that everybody can be good/reasoned with。 I say that because even though I don't want him to turn a cynic， being too naïve can lead to hurt too。But the next events were super intriguing and promise a lot of good （and surely sad。。。） plotlines and character developments。 I felt really bad for Dominique， she was chosen （won't spoil here for what） but still she felt like she got the short end of the stick。 And then she's just used for her connection to Noé。 And even Jeanne "deserted" her。 Give Domi something nice， please！Something that doesn't really interest me is the love （？） stuff with Vanitas and Jeanne。 It just doesn't feel real even though this volume tried so hard to make us believe so？ Well， let's see what Mochizuki does with it。 。。。more

Este tomo es el que dio cierre al arco anterior， tiene un intermedio bien ligero y nos trae la introducción a un nuevo arco， pero la verdad es que lo disfruté mucho。El cierre fue muy bueno， el intermedio me llenaba de sentimientos y cosas que solo me pasan con las historias de esta mangaka y el nuevo arco que se viene me tiene demasiado emocionada， veremos más cosas de personajes que ya conocemos y el nuevo personaje yo ya lo tenía visto de antes y tenía teorías que se confirmaron en este tomo。

i am massively enjoying this story。 i have been missing a vampire story that fully embraces its associated tropes and this does so excellently。 i love the dynamics between the characters defined by the inherent sexiness of drinking （or wanting to） your homies' blood。mochizuki's artwork is also appropriately stunning。 it may seem redundant to state this but she has a very good eye for what panels are show-stoppers and a very good sense of where to use detail and where to spare it， of composition i am massively enjoying this story。 i have been missing a vampire story that fully embraces its associated tropes and this does so excellently。 i love the dynamics between the characters defined by the inherent sexiness of drinking （or wanting to） your homies' blood。mochizuki's artwork is also appropriately stunning。 it may seem redundant to state this but she has a very good eye for what panels are show-stoppers and a very good sense of where to use detail and where to spare it， of composition and design。 this makes the series even more of a pleasure of a read。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 12/16/20 Okay， so I technically read this book in chapters because the English version is not published yet。 So， I will just say what I think of all the chapters that I read that are present in this volume。 Chapter 41， 42， 43 These 3 were all pretty good， but my favorite out of these three was Chapter 42: Encore une Fois。 I loved how everything seemed resolved and now Chloe and Jean-Jaques can live in peace。 The ending was amazing， with Vanitas's flashback to Luna and when he and Jeanne part way 12/16/20 Okay， so I technically read this book in chapters because the English version is not published yet。 So， I will just say what I think of all the chapters that I read that are present in this volume。 Chapter 41， 42， 43 These 3 were all pretty good， but my favorite out of these three was Chapter 42: Encore une Fois。 I loved how everything seemed resolved and now Chloe and Jean-Jaques can live in peace。 The ending was amazing， with Vanitas's flashback to Luna and when he and Jeanne part ways。 Chapters 44， 45， 46 I can't decide which one I like more！ I have already written reviews on the separate chapters， so I don't have much else to say！ Verdict: 5/5！ 。。。more

El final del arco de Jean-Jacques y Chloé ， la verdad ha sido un cierre perfecto que da para que más adelante vuelvan a aparecer y pot mi encantada。Por otro parte Jeanne y Vanitas😂😂😂😂 Jun hace muy bien lo de hacerte reír para luego meterte un navajazo en la garganta y meterte el principio de lo que será el arco de Dominique y Mihkail que por lo que se ve estará lleno de dolor y drama （vamos lo normal en esta autora）。
