That one book that you need to get your fitness amd nutrition plan in action。。a very easy read, concisely written without any marketing gimmickry。 My go-to book for fitness (it is essentially an Indian book with Indian phrases peppered in places , but is written in English - surprisingly well with no typos, etc)。 Comes with a nutrition and workout plan。
