Everyone knows that Nick and Charlie are the perfect couple – that they’re inseparable。 But now Nick is leaving for university， and Charlie will be left behind at Sixth Form。 Everyone’s asking if they’re staying together， which is a stupid question – they’re ‘Nick and Charlie’ for God’s sake！
But as the time to say goodbye gets inevitably closer， both Nick and Charlie question whether their love is strong enough to survive being apart。 Or are they delaying the inevitable？ Because everyone knows that first loves rarely last forever …

Ok I read this in one sitting and I feel so amazing because it got me out of my reading slump I’ve been in for over a month。 It makes me feel so motivated to read and rekindled my hope in true love。 I think that it’s the perfect addition to Nico and Charlie’s story following on from the Heart-stopper series and I’m so excited to read other novellas/ books by Alice Oseman。 Definitely read it， it’s an easy read and I managed it in like 2。5hours even though I’m so slow and usually average 50pages a Ok I read this in one sitting and I feel so amazing because it got me out of my reading slump I’ve been in for over a month。 It makes me feel so motivated to read and rekindled my hope in true love。 I think that it’s the perfect addition to Nico and Charlie’s story following on from the Heart-stopper series and I’m so excited to read other novellas/ books by Alice Oseman。 Definitely read it， it’s an easy read and I managed it in like 2。5hours even though I’m so slow and usually average 50pages and hour。 <3 。。。more

Escuché este audiolibro durante un momento y no sé por qué siento que ¡¡¡tanto los nombres como las voces están invertidas！！！ Charlie tiene cara y voz de Nick y Nick tiene cara y voz de Charlie。 Pero en fin， quise darle la oportunidad porque me encanta Hearstopper y esta historia， obviamente， es de ellos。 Sin embargo no sentí como mucha química entre ellos como en las novelas gráficas。 Es una historia bonita， con alto drama y que se lee muy rápido。Un gran complemento para ese mundo。

read the ebook version on a whim and i’m so happy i did。 everything about this was perfect。 i loved seeing my favs written in novel form lmao。 my only issue was their huge lack of communication skills bc they had such good communication skills in the comics but oh well that’s fine。 but honestly， the conflict would 100% not have happened if they new how to communicate properly like c’mon charlie…talk to nick girl everything will be okay queen！！

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I rated this book 5/5 because it transitioned perfectly from the end of Heartstopper vol。 4 to the beginning of this book。 Also， Alice Oseman really took attention to the little things which only made the book better。 If you like sappy romance books， I recommend Nick and Charlie！

Let's face it， I knew I was going to love this。 I absolutely adore Nick and Charlie and so this made me extreeeemely emotional。 I love Alice Oseman actually provides a real life view of sixth form and how people are at that age， not some kind of "adult dreamscape" of it all。 There's parties with people drinking and smoking weed in the garden and mentions of sex and the struggles of leaving for university but also the excitement of it all。 I feel like the way things were mentioned made the story Let's face it， I knew I was going to love this。 I absolutely adore Nick and Charlie and so this made me extreeeemely emotional。 I love Alice Oseman actually provides a real life view of sixth form and how people are at that age， not some kind of "adult dreamscape" of it all。 There's parties with people drinking and smoking weed in the garden and mentions of sex and the struggles of leaving for university but also the excitement of it all。 I feel like the way things were mentioned made the story not only more realistic but also normalises a lot of things that I feel are either frowned upon and "hush hush" in YA， or they go so far the other way that they don't seem so appropriate。 I just think this all felt very real and was a very good representation of real life teenagers at sixth form， which I really appreciated。 I love Alice's work and this is my first non-graphic novel by them。 I adore the Heartstopped graphic novels， but this has just made me even more excited to experience her novels。 I think they have such a wonderful writing style as well as art style and this novella just gave me allll the feels。 Like I may have actually shed a tear。 。。。more
