rip daichiI love how this volume really showcases how important he is to the team even though he doesn’t have all the flashy moves like Hinata and Kageyama or Noya。 Also loved Ennoshita and how he slowly became more part of the team as the game progressed， he’s gonna make an amazing captain。

I've watched the entire Haikyu！！ anime three times now， and I've started to collect the manga volumes。 This volume contains a couple of my favorite episodes from the stellar second season （"The Fight of the Spineless"， "The Losers"） and focuses on some of the other Karasuno players。Karasuno's captain， Daichi Sawamura， has been taken out of a match due to a serious injury--possible concussion--and a second year WS， Ennoshita Chikara， is brought in as a substitution。 This leads to a sweet backstor I've watched the entire Haikyu！！ anime three times now， and I've started to collect the manga volumes。 This volume contains a couple of my favorite episodes from the stellar second season （"The Fight of the Spineless"， "The Losers"） and focuses on some of the other Karasuno players。Karasuno's captain， Daichi Sawamura， has been taken out of a match due to a serious injury--possible concussion--and a second year WS， Ennoshita Chikara， is brought in as a substitution。 This leads to a sweet backstory about how Ennoshita almost quit volleyball completely due to his conflict with a rather aggressive coach。 Ennoshita tries to figure out where he fits in on the team--is he just a substitute， or a key player？We also get some development from the other players; Hinata uses a move learned at the Tokyo training camp in Gym 3 which Tsukishima notices; Nishinoya sets for Asahi， who spikes the ball。 Takeru， the captain of Wakunan， also gets a bit of a backstory; he's a lot like Daichi， coming from a large family that he was somewhat responsible for。 He's also a great player but short， and his goal is to surpass the Tiny Giant。 There's also a cute bonus story （"Nisekyuu"） which features some of Karasuno's team playing beach volleyball with some girls。 。。。more

Woo Ennoshita is so underrated！ I love that this whole volume was about him， he’ll make such a good captain next year。 And the bonus stories hahaha thank god for Kageyama， his excitement about sand is everything！
