In MY mouth? Who knew! Other than that it was super easy to read, easy to follow, the ingredients weren't ridiculously expensive once u got thru the initial investment( there were things I never used or bought and were fairly expensive like the himalayan salt, toasted sesame oils, coconut and almond flours, ghee etc) it tends to save u a bit of money because a lot of the recipes have some of the same ingredients。 I've been able to build a list of different dinners and lunches for my husband (who I'm worried about being on Keto since he is a skinny man who in no way needs to lose weight)。 U really can't go wrong with this one 。。。more

There are several other recipes in here I'm going to try before returning it to the library。 If they are as good, I'll be buying this one for my permanent collection。 Couple of great things about this keto cookbook; there are a lot of recipes designed for two (rather than four, six or more) in here, which I find particularly pleasing for our smaller family。 (Who needs 12 ser Made the creamy tomato soup recipe this weekend to use up some garden tomatoes that needed to be used up。 It was splendid! Pretty good cookbook。 I was confused by the fact that some of the dessert recipes have lower net carbs indicated than seems correct。 For instance, the crustless cheesecake bites on page 153 have 18g of carbs, 0g of fiber, and net carbs are listed as 2g。 How is that possible? Is it because of the addition of Swerve sweetener? I love this book!It's easy reading, to start with, and it just makes sense。 I've fallen off the wagon, accidentally, but climbing back on。 Something I thought was carb free, wasn't。 It's now banished to the land of used to be, as I continue my quest for normal blood sugar without insulin。 The recipes included are both easy and appealing, a double whammy for me。 Thank you!!!
