Published 2003This is a wonderful book with amazing illustrations and pop-up work。 After seeing a video of this book， I had to add it to my collection。 There is so much detail in this book， every time I read it I discover something new。 I absolutely love this book and I think it would be really fun to use in the classroom。 This could be used when teaching students about different types of books and book illustrations。

Must have book for all pop-up enthusiasts。 It is not a mere book， it is a master-piece of paper engineering。 Each page opens up to reveal a scene from the story。 There are smaller paper folds that contain more description of the scene and carry the story forward。

This is such a remarkable pop-up book。 I've truly never seen another pop-up book like it。 The illustrations are beautiful and so detailed and the pop-ups are spectacular。 There are pop-ups within the pop-ups！ My big kids （8 and 5） are thrilled by this and we have already had a lot of fun together looking at all of the details。 I am sure that F （almost 2） would love this， also， but it's way too fragile for her little grabby hands right now so we only read it when she is in bed。 L （5） especially h This is such a remarkable pop-up book。 I've truly never seen another pop-up book like it。 The illustrations are beautiful and so detailed and the pop-ups are spectacular。 There are pop-ups within the pop-ups！ My big kids （8 and 5） are thrilled by this and we have already had a lot of fun together looking at all of the details。 I am sure that F （almost 2） would love this， also， but it's way too fragile for her little grabby hands right now so we only read it when she is in bed。 L （5） especially has enjoyed reading this in bed with a flashlight， for some reason--maybe the pop ups make cool shadows？Anyway， I'm glad this isn't our only Alice's Adventures in Wonderland book because it's abridged， but if you already have the original unabridged version then I recommend this as a treat of a book。 。。。more
