As an individual who enjoys the occasional cup of Arabica beans coffee and understanding the science behind things， this was a pretty fun read。I guess people who are serious about understanding more about coffee and the different varieties involved in the market would benefit from reading this。 I look forward to owning my own Macchinetta in the future to home brew a good cuppa coffee 🤤
