Good tips！For people who don’t know about the wonderful uses of baking soda， this is a good book。 For me， it was a great refresher with some additional information。 I’ve been using baking soda all my life， and always have a couple of extra boxes around the house。

I like that I learned I can use it for deodorant。 I have been using baby powder， that does not work well。 So I am going to give this a try。 Great idea for heartburn/acid reflux， because tums does not work。 I will also be using it for my shoes instead of foot powder。 For cleaning purposes also。
