Summary

Tap into your inner power with this mind-opening guide to vibrational-based living from Instagram star and self-help pioneer behind the internet community Vibrate Higher Daily。

“There is another way of being in the world。 There is a better way to exist, rise, move beyond, and take our power back。”

Too often we feel pulled down by circumstances or the negativity of others。 We think we have no control over the things that are hurting us and holding us back from realizing our truest selves。 But according to Lalah Delia, we have more power within us than we know: listen to your unique inner voice and trust your instincts。 By doing so, you’re already experiencing the transformative power of vibrational-based living。

Vibrating higher daily is about making intentional day-to-day choices that lift us out of mindsets, habits, and lifestyles that don't serve us and into ones that do。 This book is an invitation to engage with everything that feeds our soul and raises our vibration, and to simultaneously let go of the things bringing our energy down。 Through poetry, mantras, and affirmations, Lalah Delia empowers us to live with higher potential and quality of being。

Vibrate Higher Daily is a manifesto unlike any other for stepping into our power。

Really like Lalah Delia's content and did enjoy the book but I've read quite a few of these types of books so there wasn't anything incredibly revolutionary here for me that was different than the rest but it's still nice to hear others journeys and insights。 Really like Lalah Delia's content and did enjoy the book but I've read quite a few of these types of books so there wasn't anything incredibly revolutionary here for me that was different than the rest but it's still nice to hear others journeys and insights。 。。。more

This was a great book to help you to keep your energy high。 It taught you how to stay in high positive vibrations so that you can live a happier purposeful life。 It also taught you how to pull yourself out of low vibrations and how to remove people and things that keep your vibrations low。 Great read!

Update: I wonder if the people that gave this book a low star rating also completed the reflection questions。 Although I already completed the book, I am slowly answering and reflecting on the "accompanying PDF from the auidable book。 My favorite question so far is, "Are there peak times of the day when you notice a shift in your vibration, both positiveand negative?" That question alone is giving me so much to consider in how I think about my day and what I am doing with my time。 The next quest Update: I wonder if the people that gave this book a low star rating also completed the reflection questions。 Although I already completed the book, I am slowly answering and reflecting on the "accompanying PDF from the auidable book。 My favorite question so far is, "Are there peak times of the day when you notice a shift in your vibration, both positiveand negative?" That question alone is giving me so much to consider in how I think about my day and what I am doing with my time。 The next question asks, "What can you begin doing to optimize your high vibrational peak times and nurture the not-so-high peak times?" I am still pondering this one but I do have some ideas。 Using the PDF has been an added bonu。"Vibrating Higher" (auidable) book was a great "back to basics" for high vibrational living。 While Lalah Delia didn't really speak to anything that was new to me, the way that she shared this information was refreshing, light, and simple。 This book served as a reminder that even the simplest of daily actions can have a powerful impact in our lives especially if we are consistent。 She gives a plethora of suggestions to get on the path and stay on the path of vibrational living。 She shares how her father was a beacon of light for her in childhood that helped her to maintain a positive mindset growing up。 She also tells of her ambivalence toward her mother that was married to a man that loved her Hispanic mother but was openly racist toward Lalah Delia and her siblings。 She expressed how those early imprints affected her throughout her twenties and how she found her way to vibrational living。I deeply appreciated her references to black culture's role in her spiritual journey。 l especially enjoyed when she mentioned the characters from "The Wiz" which is a rendition of the the original film, "The Wizard of Oz" that features most, if not all black actors and actresses。 She explains how each of the characters: The Scare Crow, The Tin Man, The Lion, and even Dorothy herself represent a archetypal version of ourselves on our own heroine's or hero's journey down the yellow brick road。 This was so refreshing for me because this was the first time that I heard a spiritual author make a reference like that。 I can see myself listening to this book again or at least using it for reference as a reminder to always "get back to basics。" 。。。more

Really loved bits a pieces and sort of vague and left me wanting a little bit more because the author and her words are just so beautiful

Very insightful and inspirational。 A must read if you are looking to shift your mindset。

Instinctual reminders to get out of your own way and manifest the meeting of your higher selves and powers。

Really enjoyed this。 It helped me shift my perspective of self care completely, to viewing everything in terms of whether it raises or lowers my energy (rather than seeing self care as an effort to get to neutral)。

It is ok--it feels like a book of all of her IG posts--which is totally fine but it is kind of draining to read this way。

I really wanted to like this book, but unfortunately it was repetitive and vague。 I would have loved more detail and depth in the form of personal stories。 The author talks a lot about how important it is to vibrate higher (which I get), but the book doesn’t offer enough concrete tips for how to do that。

Amazing, cried often。It's no accident that the more I choose higher vibrations the more they also choose me。 This book is an example of how the divine never loses sight of you。 Thank you 🙏 Amazing, cried often。It's no accident that the more I choose higher vibrations the more they also choose me。 This book is an example of how the divine never loses sight of you。 Thank you 🙏 。。。more

I liked many aspects of this book but basically it didn’t really bring anything new to the table for me。 Some of the exercises are useful though so that’s why I gave it three stars。 Introspection tools are always helpful but。。。。I also am a little perplexed at myself as I actually find this mantra of high vibes often used in the spiritual community counterproductive and so yes I’m perplexed as to why I chose to read this based on one Instagram quote。 I fundamentally believe we all have a pure nat I liked many aspects of this book but basically it didn’t really bring anything new to the table for me。 Some of the exercises are useful though so that’s why I gave it three stars。 Introspection tools are always helpful but。。。。I also am a little perplexed at myself as I actually find this mantra of high vibes often used in the spiritual community counterproductive and so yes I’m perplexed as to why I chose to read this based on one Instagram quote。 I fundamentally believe we all have a pure nature and we all have the capacity to be in our shadow。 Labelling people are toxic? Lots of metaphors。 Pretty basic concepts for students of yoga or if you’ve read much of Brene Brown’s stuff。 A few really good, new, direct concepts and a fun and easy read。 Not bad, overall。 Just not super enlightening。

An interesting read, I wil try and use some of the positive actions expressed in it。

Reading Vibrate Higher Daily certainly contributed to my spiritual development。 I went into the book with some background knowledge about energy, vibration, and spirituality。 I believe that contributed to my having a positive experience with this book。 In order to get the most out of this book, it's best to do some background research on these topics first, and to be open to the idea that vibration (vibes) impacts our personal wellbeing and daily life-- because this idea is the basis of this boo Reading Vibrate Higher Daily certainly contributed to my spiritual development。 I went into the book with some background knowledge about energy, vibration, and spirituality。 I believe that contributed to my having a positive experience with this book。 In order to get the most out of this book, it's best to do some background research on these topics first, and to be open to the idea that vibration (vibes) impacts our personal wellbeing and daily life-- because this idea is the basis of this book and Ms。 Lalah's work (hence the name Vibrate Higher Daily)。I thought that Ms。 Lalah effectively weaved her personal story into her insights about vibration-based living in this book。 I found the self-reflection questions especially helpful to answer, and they gave me ideas on actions specific to me that I could do to raise my own vibe and keep it high。 。。。more

If I could give this book infinite number of stars I would。 This book really challenges your mind and the way that you think。 It gives you insight on how to think differently to better yourself。 I will continue to refer to this book and I am so incredibly thankful I stumbled upon this book via a popular podcast that I love。 Lalah is amazing with words and this book should be on everyone’s shelf!

I really like Lalah and what I know of her personal story。 She has overcome severe trauma and flourished。 However, this book fell a little flat for me。 I was hoping for more concrete advice on actions we can take to improve our mindsets, but it was mostly frilly writing mixed with generic advice about eating healthy and avoiding toxic environments。While this book didn’t dive deep enough for me, it might be good for someone who is only just starting to dip their toe in the water of spiritual prac I really like Lalah and what I know of her personal story。 She has overcome severe trauma and flourished。 However, this book fell a little flat for me。 I was hoping for more concrete advice on actions we can take to improve our mindsets, but it was mostly frilly writing mixed with generic advice about eating healthy and avoiding toxic environments。While this book didn’t dive deep enough for me, it might be good for someone who is only just starting to dip their toe in the water of spiritual practice。 。。。more

Could be useful if you're at the beginning of the journey to reclaiming your power/looking for better in your life。 Ideas on how to do that are given but there aren't any examples。 Could be useful if you're at the beginning of the journey to reclaiming your power/looking for better in your life。 Ideas on how to do that are given but there aren't any examples。 。。。more

I'm inspired by her Instagram feed and recently read another book that moved me that quoted her so I was hoping for something more。 The concepts seemed ultra basic, so I suppose if you're at the beginning of a spiritual journey this might be a good place to start。 I'm inspired by her Instagram feed and recently read another book that moved me that quoted her so I was hoping for something more。 The concepts seemed ultra basic, so I suppose if you're at the beginning of a spiritual journey this might be a good place to start。 。。。more

Affirmations to keep you present。 So much of this is a reawakening of intuitive knowledge hiding just beyond where we let our minds go。 It's a book I'll return to continuously when I need an affirmative word that life is working in our favor。 Affirmations to keep you present。 So much of this is a reawakening of intuitive knowledge hiding just beyond where we let our minds go。 It's a book I'll return to continuously when I need an affirmative word that life is working in our favor。 。。。more
