Summary

This book was a fun adventure and I loved visualizing the world and the different fairies。 I really liked feyre even in her dumbest moments, the rest of her family I have yet to make up my mind about。 I like tamline he was cool but I really loved lucien he is my cup of tea man。

I heard many things about this series but I was a little disappointed in this book, it was a bit slow to start out with and I did not like Tamlin。 I really liked the last bit of the book when Feyra goes through the challenges that really made the book good。 I wanted to see more of Rhysand though。 Overall not a bad book。

Wow! I know I’m late to the game, but I am so I love with this book and the characters I met。 I am so upset I don’t have the sequel here to start reading it right away。 Feyre, Tamlin, Lucien, Rhysand。。。 WOW! 📖😍😍 Read it, it’s worth it, such a fun/heartbreaking story to follow。 I couldn’t get enough。

Ok I absolutely loved this book!! Sexy and exciting! Just beautiful! A little cheesy and slightly predictable but still so amazing! I definitely recommend this to everyone and give it 5 stars!!! Very enjoyable!!! Tamlin is my new book crush !!!

4。5/5I always knew I'd love this and I'm so glad I did! Don't get me wrong I am fully aware that SJM is problematic and I definitely noticed the problems in ACOTAR - hence the 4。5 instead of 5 - but I still enjoyed the hell out of this。 I'm not out here shipping any of the romances because Stockholm Syndrome is a thing and consent issues were hazy at best, and 'Be glad I only touched your waist' is not a reason to be sympathetic towards someone and start having feelings towards them。 I really co 4。5/5I always knew I'd love this and I'm so glad I did! Ciekawa ksiazka, widoczne zapożyczenia z innych ( patrz Zmierzch czy Piękna i Bestia), ale przyjemnie się czyta。 W miarę wartka akcja, fajni bohaterowie, i ciekawe miejsca。

What a load of trash。 How any of these books actually made it to print by a publishing house, I have no idea。 Reads like something that came from the back-of-beyond fanfiction website and should have stayed there。

The first half of this book was way to slow paced for me。 I actually managed to read another 2 books in that time 😵The second half was great。 I enjoyed it。 Once the pace picked up and the drama happened it was a really good read and I sped through it。With how much bigger the second book is, I hope it doesn't follow the same pattern and have a boring first half。。。 Because。。。 Welp。 The first half of this book was way to slow paced for me。 I actually managed to read another 2 books in that time 😵The second half was great。 I enjoyed it。 Once the pace picked up and the drama happened it was a really good read and I sped through it。With how much bigger the second book is, I hope it doesn't follow the same pattern and have a boring first half。。。 Because。。。 Welp。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Well – that lived up to my high expectations! Though the first half was kind of slow paced and sometimes confusing, everything cleared up in the second part。 This book kind of seems like a prologue to a new, widespread storyline to me。 Many surrounding conditions to play around with were built here, and now we're ready for some sh*t to go down (just assuming here, I managed to stay major-spoiler-free so far, yay)。This first book reminds me strongly of Throne of Glass, where the book #1 is also a Well – that lived up to my high expectations! the world building and introduction to prythian was written very well and drew you in from the moment she fired that arrow。 It as a first book introduces some very important characters and love interests (romance was fairly toned down but cute) and rhysand who i loved right away but not much happens in the way of any development in feyres character apart from the end。 it was a very entertaining read and i highly recommend to any fantasy lovers and i could not wait to start the second one

A little slow to get going but the last 200 hundred pages I could not put down! My heart broke into a million pieces as we neared the final chapters and Feyre's resilience is something I strive for。 Love it。 A little slow to get going but the last 200 hundred pages I could not put down! I like this book! First, I first read it as a 12 year old (a very, very, BAD mistake) and I don’t think I actually understood most of it- considering its basically smut, except they have wings and magic。 This is NOT a young adult book, rather, new adult。 Now, after re-reading at 16 I think I can appreciate it a little more, because it has such great characters and an exciting story。 Even though Feyre can be a little stupid at times, she’s not perfect, which I like。However, I dropped the rating m I like this book! In saying that, as a character, Rhysand is very interesting to read and mysterious。 Please pick up the second book- it’s better! 。。。more

After giving in to the hype, I finally managed to start the series and binged the first book。 Initially, I didn't want to review considering it already has tons, but here I am。I've read TOG and couldn't help but compare ACOTAR with it, considering both are based on Fae。 I'd keep this one very brief, unlike my other reviews, because the story hasn't ended yet。Things I LOVED:- Rhysand, I mean, who can hate him? - The concept of courts (I've always read 4 Fae courts, but here, there are more)- The After giving in to the hype, I finally managed to start the series and binged the first book。 Initially, I didn't want to review considering it already has tons, but here I am。I've read TOG and couldn't help but compare ACOTAR with it, considering both are based on Fae。 I'd keep this one very brief, unlike my other reviews, because the story hasn't ended yet。Things I LOVED:- Rhysand, I mean, who can hate him? - The concept of courts (I've always read 4 Fae courts, but here, there are more)- The world-building - Action scenes, especially the climax。 It left me speechless and in tears。- Nesta (She was a guest role in this, but she left A HUGE impression on me。 I understood her more, could understand her more than I could Feyre)。Things I didn't LOVE:- Feyre (I'm sorry towards all of the fans, I couldn't warm up to her。 AT ALL, even till the end)- Feyre x Tamlin chemistry (From their first encounter to the end, I felt as if something was missing。 I don't know if it's me or Sarah really has left some hole in their relationship。 Reading further will answer this)- The first half of the story felt draggy, too many chapters wasted on Feyre discovering this new world despite the situation she was coming from or was in。 。P。S: All in all, 4/5 because it was fun reading it。 。。。more

Starting to realise that I really like fantasy。 I’ve heard a lot of hype on A Court of Thorns and Roses and it was completely justified。 I absolutely loved this book。 The characters, the magic, the romance!!!!!! Sigh。 There was so much to love。 I have to admit, it took me a few chapters to get really into it。 It happens whenever I read fantasy。 I had to take time to adjust to the world。 But once I had, I couldn’t stop reading! I chuckled, gasped, commentated out-loud and even made angry/excited hand gestures on my commute to work。 But I didn’t cry! That’s a great feat for me if you haven’t been following。 There were moments, in the latter half of the book, where I willed myself to read faster。 I couldn’t wait to reach the end; to see how everything plays out。 I was at the edge of my seat, as they say。 My will to read faster was, thankfully, met with an outstanding final few chapters。 Made the whole “time to adjust” thing seem pretty worth it in the end。 Now that I’ve finished it, all I can really say is。。。 I need to read A Court of Mist and Fury now。 。。。more
