A lot of kids I went to school with seemed to really like this book， but I never really did。 I found it quite boring， to be honest。

The story feels like it was written by a high schooler rather than a middle grader。 The diction says it all。 That did not bother me much; what bothered me was that there was no internal growth at the end of the book from Nikki。 What changed was the external factors such as the turn of events; Nikki， however， did not change。 She was still somewhat shallow and whiny。 I hope her character develops throughout the series。

Just 20-year-old me read the dork diaries。 Finish it since my classes aren't that hard and wanting to distract from it in the sake of my mental range that need some entertainment。 I have that expectation that it is going to be that childish kinda book since I am grown-up that try to read this middle schoolers stories in a diary of series， and yes， it is so much about being in an middle school era that you have friend that hate you， or uses you， and you have a crush that liked you back， and your Just 20-year-old me read the dork diaries。 Finish it since my classes aren't that hard and wanting to distract from it in the sake of my mental range that need some entertainment。 I have that expectation that it is going to be that childish kinda book since I am grown-up that try to read this middle schoolers stories in a diary of series， and yes， it is so much about being in an middle school era that you have friend that hate you， or uses you， and you have a crush that liked you back， and your haters liked your crush， and so on。 But， it is pretty much entertained and made me laughs awhile especially it is pretty common that you have grown-up in such a similar phases。But the end， I give them 3 stars for making me laughs。 。。。more
