Did I read this entire book in one day， yes， did I read this multiple times， yes。 So， obviously， I love one direction， and obviously， I love Zayn， so did I go to the bookstore and buy this the first second I saw it， yes。 So buy it， lol。 Oh and stream the Drag Me Down Music Video， almost ONE BILLION hits！！Stay safe， get vaccinated， read books， and STREAM DRAG ME DOWN。

When I found out that Zayn had an autobiography， I had to read it。 Reading this gave me some insight into what he felt during One Direction and after he left。 I loved how he explained how each song on Mind of Mine meant to him and why he wrote them。 Really loved this one。

Very insightful book。 I feel like a lot of people are quick to judge Zayn， following his leave from the band。 It’s very interesting to know what was going through his head to make him leave the decision。 If anything this book has made me fall in love with him as a person and an artist。 His courage and strength has helped me cope with some of the same things he has endured。 Great read if you are interested in him and or One Direction！

This month， I read the book “Zayn” by Zayn Malik。 As most people know， Zayn is a R&B/Pop singer that used to be in the band One Direction。 He left the band in 2014， before the band went on hiatus。 This book was his way of explaining himself; while in One Direction， the media painted him as the quiet and mysterious one， and those harmful assumptions have followed him since。 As a person of Pakistani descent， he has faced a lot of racism and bigotry， and the book talks about his experiences。 As som This month， I read the book “Zayn” by Zayn Malik。 As most people know， Zayn is a R&B/Pop singer that used to be in the band One Direction。 He left the band in 2014， before the band went on hiatus。 This book was his way of explaining himself; while in One Direction， the media painted him as the quiet and mysterious one， and those harmful assumptions have followed him since。 As a person of Pakistani descent， he has faced a lot of racism and bigotry， and the book talks about his experiences。 As some people know， he left the band because of his anxiety， and the eating disorder he developed in that high stress situation。 The part that focused on some of his personal struggles was my favorite; like Zayn， I also have ADHD， and have struggled with an eating disorder。 It is so inspirational to me to read about one of my idols and see that he isn’t perfect。 He’s human， like me。 He kept this book about himself， and didn’t talk about his relationships with others， which I found very respectful。 I’d give this book 5/5 stars， and recommend it to anyone who would like to learn more about Zayn。 。。。more

J’ai adoré lire ce livre， il m’a permis de mieux comprendre Zayn。 Je suis fan de Zayn Malik depuis que j’ai 10 ans （j’en ai 19 bientôt 20） et je suis contente de voir qu’il s’épanouit dans sa musique。 Ce livre m’a rappelé à quel point il est talentueux et à quel point il m’inspire。 Il a osé parlé de son anxiété et de soucis auquel il a dû faire face et je suis contente de mieux comprendre l’album Mind Of Mine qui est un de mes albums préférés。
