OK。。。this is the first audio book I have ever listened to。。。and I have had it on my shelf for。。。about 20 years。 When I visited England one Christmas I went to stay with a friend in the countryside of Dorchester - oh my god - so flippin' lovely。 Anyway， I digress。 On Boxing Day （the day after Christmas for all you U。S。A。'ers out there） a radio station was playing Harry Potter book 1 in its entirety。 The radio's were on throughout my friends house so we could listen all day。 It was so magical - an OK。。。this is the first audio book I have ever listened to。。。and I have had it on my shelf for。。。about 20 years。 When I visited England one Christmas I went to stay with a friend in the countryside of Dorchester - oh my god - so flippin' lovely。 Anyway， I digress。 On Boxing Day （the day after Christmas for all you U。S。A。'ers out there） a radio station was playing Harry Potter book 1 in its entirety。 The radio's were on throughout my friends house so we could listen all day。 It was so magical - and Stephen Fry is so perfect for the narrator。 Anyway， I feel like listing an audio book is slightly cheating， but there you go。 I would listen to this every night as I lay in bed。。。and it was lovely。 This has always been one of my favorites of the series。。。I think I've read it about 4 times。。。this makes 5。 So recommend the audio books with Stephen Fry。 。。。more

This is going to be my second favorite book in the series。 Aunt Marge makes my blood boil and I'm happy that she just floated away like a balloon and not mentioned in any other books。 We are introduced to new characters that I love like Remus Lupin， Buckbeak， etc。 I do like the mystery of Sirius Black and the plot twist in the end knowing who Sirius really is， and this book being a little darker than the previous two books。 This is going to be my second favorite book in the series。 Aunt Marge makes my blood boil and I'm happy that she just floated away like a balloon and not mentioned in any other books。 We are introduced to new characters that I love like Remus Lupin， Buckbeak， etc。 I do like the mystery of Sirius Black and the plot twist in the end knowing who Sirius really is， and this book being a little darker than the previous two books。 。。。more

I have to admit that I bought the third book because of my favorite Harry Potter movie but yeah… I loved it more because it explains more things about Lupin’s life as a werewolf and his friendship with the marauders and Harry starts to be more naughty and funny。 His personality is cooler in the book than in the movie but I don’t care， I still love him anyway。 Not to mention that Malfoy appears many times in this book trying to mess with him。My favorite Harry Potter book， period。

Harry Potter y el pricionero de azkaban donde la historia deja su continuismo avitual para sentrarce en una nueva forma de contar las aventuras de harry y sus amigos plantando las semillas de los futuros libro con la sutilesa de j。k Rowling son envargo susede el mismo problema que con los 2 anterirores y es la resolución apresurada de los echo loque desencadena que la trama este brillantemente plantiada pero la resolución no siga esa misa progrecion apresurandoce aunque en este sentido no se sie Harry Potter y el pricionero de azkaban donde la historia deja su continuismo avitual para sentrarce en una nueva forma de contar las aventuras de harry y sus amigos plantando las semillas de los futuros libro con la sutilesa de j。k Rowling son envargo susede el mismo problema que con los 2 anterirores y es la resolución apresurada de los echo loque desencadena que la trama este brillantemente plantiada pero la resolución no siga esa misa progrecion apresurandoce aunque en este sentido no se siente tan marcado。Como apunte final es un libro muy divertido y facil de leer pece a ser el tercero de su saga。 。。。more
