Very helpful book with specific examples and scenarios for CBT application。 This one is especially useful because it provides suggestions for more atypical cases, rather than the more straightforward depression cases covered in her first book。

I work in community mental health and found this book quite helpful, however the sample sessions get old/too lengthy at times。
