Mein erstes und mit Sicherheit nicht letztes Buch von Melanie Harlow。Ich mochte die Thematik des Altersunterschieds der Protagonisten und allgemein die Chemie zwischen ihnen。 Ein Highlight waren auf jeden Fall auch die Töchter des Protagonisten。Alles in allem ein wirklich gelungenes Buch。 Ich hoffe sehr， dass auch noch die anderen Teile übersetzt werden。

„Only us: Unwiderstehlich“ ist mein erstes Buch von Melanie Harlow。 Ich habe mich total in das Cover verliebt。 Ein echter Blickfang。 Der Klappentext klang auch super interessant und es klingt nach einer schönen Romance Geschichte。 Melanie Harlow hat einen tollen Schreibstil。 Er ist flüssig zu lesen， locker/leicht und emotional。 Ich bin nur so durch die Seiten geflogen und ich hatte es innerhalb von zwei Tagen beendet。 Die Handlung an sich， war sehr ruhig。 Ohne großes Drama oder zu vielen Klische „Only us: Unwiderstehlich“ ist mein erstes Buch von Melanie Harlow。 Ich habe mich total in das Cover verliebt。 Ein echter Blickfang。 Der Klappentext klang auch super interessant und es klingt nach einer schönen Romance Geschichte。 Melanie Harlow hat einen tollen Schreibstil。 Er ist flüssig zu lesen， locker/leicht und emotional。 Ich bin nur so durch die Seiten geflogen und ich hatte es innerhalb von zwei Tagen beendet。 Die Handlung an sich， war sehr ruhig。 Ohne großes Drama oder zu vielen Klischees。 Einfach eine ruhige Liebesgeschichte für zwischendurch。 Aber genau das hat mir gefallen， es ist mal eine echt schöne Abwechslung gewesen und ich hatte nie das Gefühl， als gäbe es irgendwelche Längen。 Das hat die Autorin sehr gut hinbekommen。Die Charaktere waren schön ausgearbeitet。 Sie hatten Tiefe， waren facettenreich und jeder hatte seine Ecken und Kanten。 Da die Geschichte aus der Sicht von Mack und Frannie geschrieben wurde， konnte man das Verhalten und die Handlungen der beiden gut nachvollziehen。 Fannie war eine absolut süße junge Frau， die ich direkt in mein Herz geschlossen habe。 Sie ist lange von ihren Eltern beschützt worden und lernt jetzt langsam auf eigenen Beinen zustehen。 Sie lässt sich nicht unterkriegen und kämpft für ihre Träume。 Frannie ist schon länger in Mack verliebt und die Liebesgeschichte zwischen den beiden war wunderschön beschrieben。 Mack ist zehn Jahre älter als Frannie und das macht ihm teilweise sehr zu schaffen， dennoch kommt er von Frannie nicht los und er verliebt sich von Tag zu Tag mehr。 Mack hat mit seinem Job und seinen drei Kindern alle Hände voll zu tun， dennoch tut er alles dafür， dass seine Töchter glücklich sind。 Die drei Töchter von Mack sind absolute Goldschätze und sie sind meine heimlichen Favoriten in diesem Buch。 Sie runden die ganze Handlung wunderbar ab。„Only us: Unwiderstehlich“ ist ein schöner Liebesroman für zwischendurch。 Es ist eine schöne Mischung aus Gefühlen， Humor und jede Menge Emotionen。 Fans von Liebesgeschichten kommen hier voll und ganz auf ihre Kosten。 Jetzt freue ich mich schon sehr auf die weiteren Bände der Reihe。Von mir gibt es eine Leseempfehlung。 。。。more

Somehow the romantic chemistry didn’t get under my skin as much as it has in other books by Melanie Harlow。 However I loved how she described the single dad’s day-to-day life raising three girls—getting out the door in the morning。 All the things before bedtime。 It was spot on， almost too real， but she still made it so funny somehow。

Gosh， I feel like I hit the jackpot with this book。 I've read other books by Melanie Harlow and the last one I read mentioned some of the characters in this series。 A few days later this book was available for purchase for free and I am so happy I picked it up。 Frannie and Mac's story is such a page turner， from the lust， the relationship building， mistakes and the Happily ever after。 There is Steam， there is angst， there is happy， it's got a lot that makes reading fun and enjoyable。 I'm looking Gosh， I feel like I hit the jackpot with this book。 I've read other books by Melanie Harlow and the last one I read mentioned some of the characters in this series。 A few days later this book was available for purchase for free and I am so happy I picked it up。 Frannie and Mac's story is such a page turner， from the lust， the relationship building， mistakes and the Happily ever after。 There is Steam， there is angst， there is happy， it's got a lot that makes reading fun and enjoyable。 I'm looking forward to reading the rest of this series。 I loved the writing in this book it felt more full and well rounded and not a quick write。 I gave 5 stars because， page turner， made me cry （but that was late night hormonal emotions）， editing was amazing， I enjoyed the story and want to read more。 。。。more

🥰An adorable hilarious cliche read that I devoured， a typical father who falls in love with his children’s nanny。 This book is about overcoming numerous obstacles as the couple get to know one another to see if they can make their lives together work with the different life cycles they are in。 Responsibilities， desires and happiness all clash together as they navigate it together to balance their meshing lives without hurting people they care about with such a drastic life change。 I loved the di 🥰An adorable hilarious cliche read that I devoured， a typical father who falls in love with his children’s nanny。 This book is about overcoming numerous obstacles as the couple get to know one another to see if they can make their lives together work with the different life cycles they are in。 Responsibilities， desires and happiness all clash together as they navigate it together to balance their meshing lives without hurting people they care about with such a drastic life change。 I loved the different character perspectives as it switched between the main two， it’s always appreciated。 Frannie is the youngest of five girls and has grown up more shelter than her older sisters because of health issues when she was younger。 She’s docile and quiet， a very responsible character who doesn’t particularly miss the fact she didn’t get to do as much when growing up， she likes the simple life。 I like how Frannie’s character grows and matures in the book， she begins to express what she wants and isn’t afraid to fight for it and takes her slice of heaven with demand。 Mack is an amusing responsible single father with a hilarious inner monologue。 Mack does his best to juggle all his roles and is neglectful of his own happiness for the sake of his three daughters。 Mack struggles the most with balancing his life but with some encouragement he learns its okay to be selfish sometimes， and embraces his slice of heaven with abandonment。 The romance is simmering and graphic but tastefully done and doesn’t overpower the storyline but adds to it deliciously， as the character’s growing feelings begin to change into something more serious than they imagined。 The supporting character are amusing， the young girls were typical bickering children though at times seemed too mature for their age groups。 I enjoyed reading the Sawyer sister growing their sisterly bond， granted some were missing but despite their age difference they found common ground and began to open up and communicate more like true sisters which was adorable。 。。。more
