Summary

Life gets pretty boring when you can beat the snot out of any villain with just one punch。

Nothing about Saitama passes the eyeball test when it comes to superheroes, from his lifeless expression to his bald head to his unimpressive physique。 However, this average-looking guy has a not-so-average problem—he just can’t seem to find an opponent strong enough to take on!

Despite his best efforts, Garo is no match for the overwhelming skill of Bang and his brother。 In fact, the hero hunter is near death when the Monster Association attempts to steal him away, unleashing Centichoro in the process。 Bang and company take the threat-level Dragon monster head-on before Genos boldly enters the fray!

I seem to spend my time wishing and waiting for people to recognise Saitama。

I bought and read this manga because I wanted to know what happened since One Punch Man season two ended。 There was scenes included from the season two finale but it then turned into new stuff I hadn't seen before。 I hope season three happens and that I can see all of these scenes animated。Sidenote: Garo and Zombie Man are simp worthy。 I bought and read this manga because I wanted to know what happened since One Punch Man season two ended。 There was scenes included from the season two finale but it then turned into new stuff I hadn't seen before。 I hope season three happens and that I can see all of these scenes animated。Sidenote: Garo and Zombie Man are simp worthy。 。。。more

Saitama has no idea how disappointing the hero hunter will be for him。 He’s already inadvertently crushed him twice。。。And I’m sure he won’t even recognize him when they meet again。

Best action manga in print ONE uses a dynamic drawing style, specifically zooming in and out of the scenes to make the movement and action more intense。 It feels like you're watching an action movie。 Truthfully, the manga is much better than the anime。 I bought the digital version, which is cleaner than the paperback。 I'd recommend the paper, since it's yours, and not limited to a device for view。 Best action manga in print ONE uses a dynamic drawing style, specifically zooming in and out of the scenes to make the movement and action more intense。 It feels like you're watching an action movie。 Truthfully, the manga is much better than the anime。 I bought the digital version, which is cleaner than the paperback。 I'd recommend the paper, since it's yours, and not limited to a device for view。 。。。more

The Monster Association is one of the more interesting bits of lore to exist in this series。 I'm excited to meet more members and see what they're capable of。 Garou especially。 The Monster Association is one of the more interesting bits of lore to exist in this series。 I'm excited to meet more members and see what they're capable of。 Garou especially。 。。。more

One day。。。one day Saitama will be recognized。 I do love his friendship with King, and how more and more S ranks are realizing just what a powerhouse he actually is。 Garo is proving to be quite a good secondary lead for these last few volumes, and I honestly get his motivations。。。even if he could probably just go about it a different way entirely。 He still beat my boat Muman though, so he only gets so much of a pass。 I'm kind of surprised that I'm still enjoying this series as much as I am, espec One day。。。one day Saitama will be recognized。 I do love his friendship with King, and how more and more S ranks are realizing just what a powerhouse he actually is。 Garo is proving to be quite a good secondary lead for these last few volumes, and I honestly get his motivations。。。even if he could probably just go about it a different way entirely。 He still beat my boat Muman though, so he only gets so much of a pass。 I'm kind of surprised that I'm still enjoying this series as much as I am, especially after reading so many back to back。 。。。more

3。5/5 "Looks like Miss Blizzard came to hang out again。" She needs to join Saitama's gang already! I really enjoyed this volume。 Things are starting to get serious and nobody important cares; I love it。 3。5/5 "Looks like Miss Blizzard came to hang out again。" She needs to join Saitama's gang already! So you may have watched Facebook video clips of Saitama fighting monsters。 You will see one here。 And it is glorious and ridiculously fun to see。 But yeah, it ended so fast。 That is the best part of this volume really。 What follows next is are just scenes to advance this arc。

I use to get annoyed that these books had become more about Garo than Saitama, but now I love it。 Garo is a cool character。

The cover is beautiful, but misleading 'cause Zombie Man only had two panels for himself。 So, why he's on the front cover when his role is so so short in this manga? Chapter 85 is my favourite of the entire manga so far。 Talk about spectacular!

Diogo Muller

Yet another good volume。 The pacing is really slow, compared to the first volumes, but at least the plot is still progressing。

I find the middle of this arc boring。 It will end awesome, but this is the low point in the series, IMO。

Seems to be setting up something bigger, you get the conclusion to the fight, which is good but not Lord Boro’s level。 Shifting gears from the action, this mostly focuses on the aftermath of everything that’s just happened。 The hero association are planning to take on the monster association, which was already set up a few volumes prior but at least it gives the heroes a chance to lick their wounds。

Garo's backstory, ideology, and motivations make up the backbone of this volume。 He is by far the most relatable villain in the series and also the most complex。 He is also, easily, the only thing keeping me reading right because, once again, we have a team of incredibly strong heroes unable to make a dent in a monster despite both using really fucking strong attacks。 I NEVER want to hear ANYONE complain about ANY Shounen Jump series being too repetitive because holy shit One Punch Man is the un Garo's backstory, ideology, and motivations make up the backbone of this volume。 He is by far the most relatable villain in the series and also the most complex。 He is also, easily, the only thing keeping me reading right because, once again, we have a team of incredibly strong heroes unable to make a dent in a monster despite both using really fucking strong attacks。 I NEVER want to hear ANYONE complain about ANY Shounen Jump series being too repetitive because holy shit One Punch Man is the undisputed KING of repetition。 。。。more
