While this book might be great for young readers who aren’t particularly keen to be reading, I found it really quite silly and pointless。 I’m not the target audience though。

I want it for my birthday 🤑🤑🤑👽👽👽

It was okay? It wasn't as funny as any other of the series, even though all of the books make no sense this one went to the point where nothing happened and the story was。。。。。。“Strange”? Fantastic book

Formula books are… formulaic。 If The 13, 26, 39, 52, 65, 78, 91, and 104-Story Treehouses appealed to you, this will too。 Same slapstick humor, same childhood fantasy。 I read it because my child is still enamored of the series and insisted that I share in the joy。 It’s not my thing, but that’s fine… it wasn’t written for me!

In the utter chaos department, it's the Story Police。 They don't like certain clichés。 For example, "It was all a dream" is right out。 It's a sure fire way of summoning the police。On the parody front, there are a number of popular children's books and authors。 Those are the obvious ones。 But my all time favorite one is the long running gag that holds together the entire book。 It's Terry's version of The Dot and the Line: A Romance in Lower Mathematics by Norton Juster (1963)。http://pussreboots。c In the utter chaos department, it's the Story Police。 They don't like certain clichés。 For example, "It was all a dream" is right out。 It's a sure fire way of summoning the police。On the parody front, there are a number of popular children's books and authors。 Those are the obvious ones。 But my all time favorite one is the long running gag that holds together the entire book。 It's Terry's version of The Dot and the Line: A Romance in Lower Mathematics by Norton Juster (1963)。http://pussreboots。com/blog/2021/comm。。。 。。。more

A lot of repetition along the story line, I think I'd arrest them if I were the story police as well! But definitely a good read A lot of repetition along the story line, I think I'd arrest them if I were the story police as well! But definitely a good read 。。。more

This one wasn't my favorite although there were clever elements, like the story police and the creative dots。 Calvin and I have to go back and finish 91 and then we'll be all caught up!

Nej men usch!

I am really sad to finish this series。 It was a lot of fun。 I will certainly look at other books by this author。

I didn't like that the book story police chased them because they were all a bit mean, but I liked when they escaped and sort of like that。 But like I really liked when Terry did the dot thingies with the spooncil。 He drew dots and then once he made a boat out of it and the parrot stole it and he rode it on the story police。 I didn't like that the book story police chased them because they were all a bit mean, but I liked when they escaped and sort of like that。 But like I really liked when Terry did the dot thingies with the spooncil。 He drew dots and then once he made a boat out of it and the parrot stole it and he rode it on the story police。 。。。more

The preceding 104-Storey Treehouse gets yet another 13 storeys added by author Andy Griffiths and artist Terry Denton in this ninth volume of their wacky pseudo-autobiographical and strongly metafictional series about their (fictional) lives in their fantastic treehouse。 If the previous instalment felt a bit more all over the place, this one brings that back a bit, albeit with a level of zaniness one could have expected。 Terry wants to try his hand at writing, which leads to absurd plot deve The preceding 104-Storey Treehouse gets yet another 13 storeys added by author Andy Griffiths and artist Terry Denton in this ninth volume of their wacky pseudo-autobiographical and strongly metafictional series about their (fictional) lives in their fantastic treehouse。 If the previous instalment felt a bit more all over the place, this one brings that back a bit, albeit with a level of zaniness one could have expected。 Terry wants to try his hand at writing, which leads to absurd plot developments, causing the involvement of the Story Police and a long chase。All in all, the book shows a return to form compared to its direct predecessor, and both my nine-year-old and I enjoyed it。 。。。more

I think the editors are cheating。 If the stories are dumb, than they must be children stories。 And the dumber the story, the younger the children。The drawings aren't any better。 I think the editors are cheating。 If the stories are dumb, than they must be children stories。 And the dumber the story, the younger the children。The drawings aren't any better。 。。。more
