Summary

I read this out loud to my five year old brother。 I loved these books growing up， but around fourth grade I distinctly remember my teachers no longer allowing these to be read for “credit。” This is a bummer。 My brother is a hyperactive boy and it’s sometimes tough for him to stay focused on books。 Captain Underpants is a major exception。 This book went off the rails in a hurry and kept my brother engaged through all of the twists and turns， time travel， robots， dinosaurs， and journeys through cr I read this out loud to my five year old brother。 I loved these books growing up， but around fourth grade I distinctly remember my teachers no longer allowing these to be read for “credit。” This is a bummer。 My brother is a hyperactive boy and it’s sometimes tough for him to stay focused on books。 Captain Underpants is a major exception。 This book went off the rails in a hurry and kept my brother engaged through all of the twists and turns， time travel， robots， dinosaurs， and journeys through cro-magnon societies。 My brother’s imaginative was humming through the story and he was so excited every time there was a new comic， new twist， and new adventure in the story。 Reading this book reminded me of my own joy I had reading these books when I was younger， and it made me wish I continued reading into the series longer than when it was decided I reached an “arbitrary” age limit for the series。 When finished， my brother couldn’t wait for the next book in the series， and I’m unsure if there’s a better feeling when reading a new story。 I rated this a four because I’m partial to the originals （classics）， but that just might be the curmudgeon in me。 。。。more

This series is another of my son’s favorites。 He’s read all the books。 The books are fun， funny， and are nicely illustrated。 It really is like reading a comic in book format。 This series is great for reluctant young readers， especially boys。

Being another time travel story in the Captain Underpants series， this one is all topsy turvy。 And I really mean time travel to the past and the future！！！ Picking up right where the last book left off， and after experiencing some bizarre time traveling chaos， George， Harold and Captain Underpants are still facing off against their nemesis Tippy Tinkletrousers， who is still on his personal vendetta against them。 While trying to convince the cavespeople to help them， George and Harold must do ever Being another time travel story in the Captain Underpants series， this one is all topsy turvy。 And I really mean time travel to the past and the future！！！ Picking up right where the last book left off， and after experiencing some bizarre time traveling chaos， George， Harold and Captain Underpants are still facing off against their nemesis Tippy Tinkletrousers， who is still on his personal vendetta against them。 While trying to convince the cavespeople to help them， George and Harold must do everything they can to save the future， stop Tippy from his revenge， return home and save the world from destruction。 Where the last book dealt with the boys in kindergarten， this one deals with two different eras （without giving any spoilers away）。 And it is handled really well。 And the comic book sequence is done on the cavesmen's wall， which is a surprising twist on the boy's style of comics。 And then we see that there is a prolongued final showdown throughout the entire novel with returning antagonist Tippy Tinkletrousers from the last book。 And I found everything from start to finish to be really appealing。 This one is probably one of the best written in the Captain Underpants series period。 So if you guys are wanting to read a story involving time travel， returning villains， cavesmen and a trip to the future， give this book a read。 It's a real page turner and it will totally take you through the ages。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 Hi people， today i will be talking about the book Captain Underpants and Revolting Revenge Of Radioactive Robo Boxers。 I chose this book because of how funny the cover of the book looks and how interesting it looks。 This book is a non fiction superhero book。 The characters of this book are George Beard， Harold Hutchins，Mr。 Krupp，Captain Underpants，Tippy Tinkletrousers。 The setting takes place in a school where George and Harold go。 Two 4th graders named George Beard and Harold Hutchins who have Hi people， today i will be talking about the book Captain Underpants and Revolting Revenge Of Radioactive Robo Boxers。 I chose this book because of how funny the cover of the book looks and how interesting it looks。 This book is a non fiction superhero book。 The characters of this book are George Beard， Harold Hutchins，Mr。 Krupp，Captain Underpants，Tippy Tinkletrousers。 The setting takes place in a school where George and Harold go。 Two 4th graders named George Beard and Harold Hutchins who have created a hero。 This ridiculous and amazing hero is known throughout the world。 His name is Captain Underpants。 After George， Harold，and Captain Underpants in a previous adventure。 An Evil professor named Tippy Tinkletrousers was building a suit。 The professor made a suit shaped as a giant pair of pants。 The evil professor’s pants were also a time machine。 The professor went back in time 5 years ago in George and Harold’s school。 The professor went specifically in this time to stop the creation of Captain Underpants。 To get rid of Captain Underpants Mr。 Krupp the principle of George and Harold had to get fire。 After Mr。Krupp got fired Mr。krupp was no longer George and Harold’s principal。 So Captain Underpants won't be a thing in the present time。 In the end of the story Captain Underpants managed to stop the Evil professor once again。 George and Harold Help captain Underpants by planting a bomb on the Evil professor’s robot pants。 After that George and Harold were transported back to their own timeline。 After that George and Haroldd wanted to see if Captain underpants was still around after that battle with the professor。 When they thought he wasn’t returning But then he pops out of nowhere and saves the day。 I recommend this book for both boys because of how heroic Captain Underpants is hilarious it is。 This book has many sequels and prequels。 I think Boys will find this interesting to read because of how ridiculous it is。 I believe that this book is inappropriate in middle school。 because it’s not bad for kids in middle school and it suits how kids are。 I believed that I did a good job at reading this book and I think I can do better。 I think I can read more often because this book got my attention。 I was bored。 If there are other books out there like Captain Underpants then i can probably read more。 This first marking period helped me realize that I should do better and keep reading。 。。。more

This was really educational！ I found out how dinosaurs were destroyed， what started the ice-age and how the universe was created （and other stuff too， but I don't want to spoil the whole story）。 Honestly， there were days when I disliked Captain Underpants， but those days are gone。 In my opinion， this was the second most bestest Captain Underpants book ever。Flip-o-rama sound effects provided by 6-year old son。 This was really educational！ I found out how dinosaurs were destroyed， what started the ice-age and how the universe was created （and other stuff too， but I don't want to spoil the whole story）。 Honestly， there were days when I disliked Captain Underpants， but those days are gone。 In my opinion， this was the second most bestest Captain Underpants book ever。Flip-o-rama sound effects provided by 6-year old son。 。。。more

We may come back to this one someday。 All the time travel stuff got too confusing and too boring for us。 I can see how the author was trying to switch up the formula towards the end of the series， but my kid really enjoyed the humor and the antics in the school setting， and the time travel plot went on WAY too long and got entirely too convoluted。
