It’s been a long time since I’ve read a fairy tale， but picking up the Chronicles of Narnia has been so refreshing。 Sure this is a children’s book but I actually quite enjoyed reading it and reading Narnja when I’m older also has shed new light on all the biblical parallels and themes。 As C。S。 Lewis writes “As a result you are already too old for fairy tales， and by the time it is printed and bound you will be older still。 But someday you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again。”

Es muy dulce， contado por el autor como si fuese un cuento。 ¿Mi problema？ He visto la película tantas veces que no me ha sorprendido en ningún momento。 Pdt: espero que el profesor también estuviese en Narnia en algún momento y que en alguno de los libros de la saga se cuenten sus vivencias porque la forma en la que habla con los niños cuando estos le hablan del lugar da que pensar。。。

Siempre he sido muy fan de Narnia desde que ví la película cuando era una niña y pensaba que por ello no me iba a fascinar el libro pero no ha sido así， me encantó， y me encariñé aún más todavía （si es posible） con Aslan， y con todas las criaturas que habitan en Narnia， y mientras lo leía sentía que volvía a ser una niña y fué muy bonito， para mí es un libro único y muy mágico， además me saco del bloqueo lector en el que estaba， así que se lo agradezco。 🍃

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 A really good first book - definitely better to read in publishing order than chronological order。 I kinda felt like the end was rushed - Susan and Lucy follow Aslan and then by the time they got all the animals and people turned back from stone the battle was basically finished。 Then it just ended with them getting older and thinking about getting married and then they found the lamppost and ended up by at the wardrobe and their old timeline。
