The kids LOVE this board book。 We read it over and over and over。 I dont like the idea of so many flaps to pull up to find information （although the info。 Is good） is not the best idea in a board book。 I buy board books so the pages dont RIP but those flaps。。。grrr they are very hard to keep intact。

Lift the flap books are a hit these days。 I love the big graphic illustrations and the index shape where you can easily flip to your truck of choice。 If only the drivers of these rigs weren’t rendered so ridiculously this one would have been a total win。 Bebe digs it。

Well， my daughter is two and loves this book because she loves trucks。 Key word: SHE。 I， on the other hand， was disappointed by the fact that out of all the trucks， only one depicted a female driver - in a pink tanker no less。 My daughter is obsessed with trucks; garbage trucks， dump trucks， semis， etc。 She especially enjoys wearing her fairy princess costume while playing with all her trucks。 So， perhaps the author should represent both genders equally。
