Summary

It was a really funny and super fast-paced children’s chapter book。 It had really cool illustrations， really wacky humor， really exciting action， really fun adventure， really great characters and a really zany story。 It’s going to be one of my favorite “Captain Underpants” books I’ve ever read in my whole life。 I really recommend this book to both kids and adults。

Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman is the fifth book in the Captain Underpants series。 This book begins with George and Harold terrorizing their teacher， Ms。 Ribble， after she announces her retirement at the end of the year。 After getting caught for all their mischievous pranks， the boys try to get out of trouble by using their hypno-ring on Ms。 Ribble。 Unbeknownst to George and Harold， the hypno-rings have been recalled because they have the opposite of the intended eff Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman is the fifth book in the Captain Underpants series。 This book begins with George and Harold terrorizing their teacher， Ms。 Ribble， after she announces her retirement at the end of the year。 After getting caught for all their mischievous pranks， the boys try to get out of trouble by using their hypno-ring on Ms。 Ribble。 Unbeknownst to George and Harold， the hypno-rings have been recalled because they have the opposite of the intended effect on women。 This causes Ms。 Ribble to turn evil instead of nice， and after accidentally spilling super power juice in her hair， she becomes the evil Wicked Wedgie Woman from George and Harold's comics。 After the boys are kidnapped and the Wicked Wedgie Woman creates evil giant robot copies of them， they are eventually saved by Captain Underpants。 In the end， the boys then reverse hypnotize Wicked Wedgie Woman to turn back into Ms。 Ribble and forget everything that happened。I gave this book five stars for the same reasons I gave the other ones five stars。 They are fun to read。 They make kids laugh， and they still make me laugh。 These books， along with Spongebob， are basically the foundation of my entire personality and sense of humor。 I think these books make great gifts to get kids not only more passionate about the enjoyable aspects of storytelling， but also to think more creatively。 。。。more

As far as fifth novels can go， Captain Underpants' fifth adventure gets him in a hairy situation with a teacher who goes crazy。 After fighting monstrous talking toilets， imposter aliens and evil scientists with stupid names， George and Harold are now forced to go up against their own teacher who has a massive hatred for them both。 If it wasn't bad enough， George and Harold accidentally hypnotize her into thinking she's the villainous Wedgie Woman。 Coincidentally this is the last novel in the ser As far as fifth novels can go， Captain Underpants' fifth adventure gets him in a hairy situation with a teacher who goes crazy。 After fighting monstrous talking toilets， imposter aliens and evil scientists with stupid names， George and Harold are now forced to go up against their own teacher who has a massive hatred for them both。 If it wasn't bad enough， George and Harold accidentally hypnotize her into thinking she's the villainous Wedgie Woman。 Coincidentally this is the last novel in the series before the remaining 7 books are told as a back to back story。 And I found some enjoyment with this one like I did with 'Poopypants'。 The writing once again paces rather nicely with the illustrations to tell the story。 But it did have it's flaws。 In the middle of the story， there is this one sequence in which Mr。 Krupp was speechless and had a stupid look on his face that made me both laugh and question why he didn't say anything when he was supposed to when （without giving away spoilers） Miss Ribble read a card that was unknowingly from George and Harold。 Then there was another sequence in which during Miss Ribble's hypnosis， we are inturrupted by the local newscast to give the readers a warning。 And that was what I felt is unnecessary to put in the main story。 If you read this and enjoyed it like I did， then give this to your kids and see their reaction。 But if the humor in this one is too much for you， well， there is a lot more in the next one you will find really disgusting。 。。。more

The boys hypnotize their mean teacher and accidently create a super villain to rival Captain Underpants。 Read the fine print on your hypno-ring， kids！ This is the first one where we see CU on the verge of defeat， probably the weakest book in the series so far。

Hmmmmm。。。。。。。。。Nice Book😶 But i have a suggestion， some another dialogue should be in the last Page of the book。。。。。。There is only 1 dialogue in every book of captain underpants📚 Oh no！ Here we go again！this was the dialogue。。😑😶

Read this for my granddaughter’s bookclub。 Pretty good story—but I just discovered the author spent elementary school punished in the hallways because he was disruptive in class （ADHD， Dyslexia）。 He wrote his first Captain Underpants book in second grade and a teacher tore it up！ I’ve got a lot of respect for this author。
