Really nice breather of a book。 World: The art is solid。 The world building is also solid with new places and the new city。 The training is good cause it builds the magic system and also some character depths。 The new pieces of the Kou Empire are intriguing。 Story: A nice breather after 3 pretty heavy books。 The slice of life and training is great and the small moments with the characters re fantastic。 Highlight of course is Mor and her choice。 She's so awesome。 New characters have arrived and a Really nice breather of a book。 World: The art is solid。 The world building is also solid with new places and the new city。 The training is good cause it builds the magic system and also some character depths。 The new pieces of the Kou Empire are intriguing。 Story: A nice breather after 3 pretty heavy books。 The slice of life and training is great and the small moments with the characters re fantastic。 Highlight of course is Mor and her choice。 She's so awesome。 New characters have arrived and as I said I hoped we get more dungeons and we do！ The prince is an intriguing character and I wonder where this will go。 Characters: The three mains and their small moments are so great。 The emotions that come from the time they spent to develop them is well deserved abd earned。 The new pieces are also intriguing and I wonder where it will lead。 The Eight Generals are fun additions that make me smile。 Solid breather arc。 Onward to the next book！ 。。。more

Personajes nuevos y situaciones sumamente divertidas。Conocemos de pasada a los demás generales que están al servicio de Sinbad， pero este tomo se enfoca más en Yamuraiha， quien entrenará a Aladdin y en Sharrkan， quien se encargara de Alibaba， aunque a mi parecer en este tomo no lucen tanto como Sinbad y Hakuryuu。Tendremos la oportunidad de saber más acerca del reino de Sindria y gracias a un apartado del final， nos enteraremos de más detalles de esta ciudad y de cómo está conformada; toda esta i Personajes nuevos y situaciones sumamente divertidas。Conocemos de pasada a los demás generales que están al servicio de Sinbad， pero este tomo se enfoca más en Yamuraiha， quien entrenará a Aladdin y en Sharrkan， quien se encargara de Alibaba， aunque a mi parecer en este tomo no lucen tanto como Sinbad y Hakuryuu。Tendremos la oportunidad de saber más acerca del reino de Sindria y gracias a un apartado del final， nos enteraremos de más detalles de esta ciudad y de cómo está conformada; toda esta información me encanta porque es una manera de complementar la historia， ya que aunque la historia transcurre en esta ciudad， la trama no se enfoca enteramente en ella。Mi parte favorita definitivamente es el mal entendido que envuelve a Sinbad， quien siendo un personaje muy destacado en sus habilidades y hazañas no es la perfección andando; el saber más de sus imperfecciones por la manera en que se desenvuelven los acontecimientos es divertida。 Y sus generales lo conocen muy bien， tanto que ya se saben todas sus desventuras y metidas de pata。Se nota que hay una gran amistad y lealtad entre ellos y el ver como es la relación que tienen es genial。Por otra parte Hakuryuu es un personaje del que tenía muchas ganas de saber， esta claro que a pesar de ser parte del imperio de Kō tiene sus propias ideas， y aunque al parecer tiene claro sus objetivos aún tiene mucho que aprender。 El convivir con Alibaba， Aladdin y Morgiana le servirá para darse cuenta de muchas cosas y estoy ansiosa por saber más de él。Alibaba ha madurado mucho después de todo lo sucedido en Balbadd， aunque en algunos aspectos aun sigue estando algo despistado， pero el empeño que demuestra para mejorar es reconfortante， esta claro que se seguirá esforzando por ayudar a cualquiera que necesite de su ayuda y Aladdin lo apoya en todo。Morgiana está decidida a continuar con ellos y me gusta mucho que poco a poco vaya haciendo las cosas que quiere， esta claro que les tiene mucha estima a Aladdin y a Alibaba pero muchas de las cosas las hace también por ella。 Finalmente la siguiente aventura será bastante interesante， puesto que después de estar en Sindria por seis meses entrenando， Sinbad les encarga una tarea muy particular， la cual es seguro que estará llena de situaciones emocionantes y mucha acción。Un tomo divertido con un dibujo que me encanta， una historia interesante， con toques de magia que si logra engancharte， querrás saber más de ella。 。。。more

The Magi series is rated Teen so it is advisable you check out this book yourself before allowing a younger person from reading it。 After all Aladdin is a bit of a breast man（boy？） and in this book at least King Sinbad has to defend himself when it is believed he took advantage of a Kou Empire princess after she woke up in bed the next morning next to Sinbad and she had no memory of what happened。Aladdin has started learning how to properly use ruhk to manipulate magic from the sorceress Yamraih The Magi series is rated Teen so it is advisable you check out this book yourself before allowing a younger person from reading it。 After all Aladdin is a bit of a breast man（boy？） and in this book at least King Sinbad has to defend himself when it is believed he took advantage of a Kou Empire princess after she woke up in bed the next morning next to Sinbad and she had no memory of what happened。Aladdin has started learning how to properly use ruhk to manipulate magic from the sorceress Yamraiha while Sinbad explains how Alibaba can transfer Amon to a new vessel since his previous battle left his blade broken。 Suddenly a great sea serpent rises from the ocean ready to wreak havoc upon the island nation。。。or so it seems until Sinbad and his eight generals appear to handle the situation to the enjoyment of those under heir protection。Alot happens in this book including introductions to the generals and Ali Baba begins training further in the sword arts so he can become stronger and be worthy of Amon。 We also get to see Princess Kougyoku from the Kou Empire arrives with her brother and spins a tale of Sinbad taking advantage of her （as noted in the first paragraph） and he must prove himself innocent to save her honor。 Of course the prince Hakuryuu has an alternative reason for coming to Sindria and joins Aladdin's crew as they go on a quest to conquer a dungeon。Of all the moments in the book that were fun I think my favorite part would have to be when Morgiana is dancing at the celebration and Ali Baba doesn't recognize her。 She looks so happy to be complimented that it shows she can be super cue too。 Of course when Sinbad's reputation comes into question and even his followers considered he might have done it was fun as well。 :） 。。。more

This volume is slower in terms of action， but I enjoyed the explanations and story progression。 After such a large climax， it is good to slow down a little。 So many new characters and names though！ Yikes。 （I have a hsdd time learning all the foreign names。）

I got a copy of this graphic novel through Edelweiss to review。 This was an excellent installment in this manga series， although it was something of a transition novel and not quite as exciting as previous volumes。 Alibaba， Morgiana and Aladdin receive training in Sindria， the land of King Sinbad。 Alibaba is trying to repair the Sword of Amon as well。 Then the arrival of a Prince from the Kou Empire shakes things up。 The rise of the evil Al-Thamen has our heroes preparing to face future battles。 I got a copy of this graphic novel through Edelweiss to review。 This was an excellent installment in this manga series， although it was something of a transition novel and not quite as exciting as previous volumes。 Alibaba， Morgiana and Aladdin receive training in Sindria， the land of King Sinbad。 Alibaba is trying to repair the Sword of Amon as well。 Then the arrival of a Prince from the Kou Empire shakes things up。 The rise of the evil Al-Thamen has our heroes preparing to face future battles。 Part of this is going to be taking on new Dungeons。This book was more light-hearted and goofy than previous books in the series。 Most of the story is spent following our characters as they train and learn more about their abilities。 Alibaba is learning how to swordfight， Aladdin is learning how to use magic better， and Morgiana is trying to find a metal vessel to fight with。It was fun to see our characters in a more relaxed atmosphere， of course it wasn’t nearly exciting as previous books because of this。 We do see a slight romance budding between Morgiana and Alibaba， which came off as very cute。Morgiana does get an awesome new metal vessel， which she makes out of her old slave chains。 This was pretty cool and also pretty hilarious。 We learn a lot more about Sinbad’s kingdom of Sindria and about Sinbad himself。 The drawing was very well done and easy to follow。 As I mentioned above there is a bit more of the sketchy， not so detailed， humorous drawing in this volume。 Not my favorite style but some of it was pretty funny。Overall a well done light-hearted addition to this manga series。 Our characters are getting a well deserved rest and transitioning to the next storyline。 The whole story is much more light and fluffy than previous installments have been and a lot less action packed。 So， while this wasn’t my favorite installment in the series， it was a good transition that gives the reader some background and sets things up for the next installment。 This whole manga series is recommended to those who love action-packed fantasy manga。 。。。more
