Lots of up to date information and if like me you read the kindle version lots of electronic further link reading。A holistic insight into resetting your your habits and hormone levels。 I wanted to read this as it’s been on my radar for a while。 I have some inflammation in my hip area and wanted to see what Petronella suggested。 I haven’t followed her rules and I don’t know if I will。 But it makes interesting reading。
