Summary

Ca autor prezent în topul New York Times al celor mai bine vândute cărți, dr。 Joe a scris: „Tu ești placebo: Cum să îți transformi mintea în materie făcând-o să conteze”, care explorează capacitatea noastră de a ne vindeca fără medicamente sau intervenții chirurgicale, ci prin intermediul gândului。 A mai scris: „Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One” și ”Evolve your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind”, ambele detaliind neuroștiința schimbării și a epigeneticii。 „Supranatural” este cea de-a patra carte a dr。-lui Joe。 A avut apariții în filme precum: HEAL (2017); E-Motion (2014); Sacred Journey of the Heart (2012); People v。 the State of Illusion (2011); What IF – The Movie (2010); Unleashing Creativity (2009); and What the #$*! Do We Know? & Down the Rabbit Hole, versiunea extinsă pentru DVD (2005)。

Absolutely perfect。 Understanding consciousness from every perspective。 True inspiration。 Actually actionable。 Getting this world one step closer to harmony。

This is a life changing book。 Wish I read Joe dispenza’s works years and years earlier。 Better late than never, some say。 Indeed!

Nice information, waiting to apply that kind of Meditation 👌🏻

Joe is clearly on to something。 The message in the book is quite like Law of Attraction and makes lot of sense。 The testimonials make me wonder if people were having hallucinations under influence。 As long as people actually heal and recover, I think the method works。 We only know about one side (success side) of the story that has been presented to us using extensive advertising。 However, a complete picture would give us a better perspective。Huge effort towards selling the workshops which feels Joe is clearly on to something。 The message in the book is quite like Law of Attraction and makes lot of sense。 The testimonials make me wonder if people were having hallucinations under influence。 As long as people actually heal and recover, I think the method works。 We only know about one side (success side) of the story that has been presented to us using extensive advertising。 However, a complete picture would give us a better perspective。Huge effort towards selling the workshops which feels a bit misplaced in the book。 To me a book should deliver what it promises, not another promise, "if you come to the workshop。"Having 30+ years of experience in meditation, I'm curious and yet a bit cautious about these methods。 。。。more

Love it。 It is all connected。 We are all connected。 You don’t need to control the outcomes。 You just need to trust in the process your life has a bigger goal。 You create from the future。 It is time to stop believing in the past。 You are supernatural just for the whole reason you are alive。

Dr Joe Dispenza makes it almost mandatory to meditate, to bring us back from high stress levels, to peace and love all around。 I am going to practice and I will go to one or more retreats。 This is fascinating stuff!

This book is completely a supernatural book! I loved every chapter in there。 It does not only talk about the different people stories of becoming supernatural humans, but it also highlights the essential manners of controlling our lives。 It speaks directly to the human mind, subconscious and behaviour。 It is so much powerful book for changing ourselves and getting outside of the current Being。 Dr Joe always has influenced me with his words and I use his meditation often in my life。 This book sho This book is completely a supernatural book! Great overall but I really found the value was lost in flipping between things, and having to read the meditations。

(Quite a divisive read I see, & an attitude of healthy skepticism is a must。)However, PERSONALLY when approaching this book, I had two goals in mind:1。 To give myself hope (and essentially more confirmation bias)2。 To inform my own practice by becoming enthusiastic about the meditation techniques mentioned。What this book was NOT, for me:1。 An overnight solution for my problems。2。 A way to "hack" my subconscious mind instead of familiarising myself with it。3。 Me testing and weighing the "science" (Quite a divisive read I see, & an attitude of healthy skepticism is a must。)However, PERSONALLY when approaching this book, I had two goals in mind:1。 To give myself hope (and essentially more confirmation bias)2。 To inform my own practice by becoming enthusiastic about the meditation techniques mentioned。What this book was NOT, for me:1。 An overnight solution for my problems。2。 A way to "hack" my subconscious mind instead of familiarising myself with it。3。 Me testing and weighing the "science" of it in depth4。 Me looking for programs to purchase (conscious decision to ignore ALL marketing)The book managed to do what it set out to do。 Definitely going to try his other books。 Even if this is placebo, I do know that I want the placebo。He plugs his own ventures a bunch of times, but I appreciate commerce and I can roll with that。 The observant will have picked up a few marketing lessons too。Step 1: write bookStep 2: plug your workStep 3: make add-ons available (Meditations, that mind movie app & whatnot)I think with these books it's important to know:1。 your goal for reading it (because this defines your vulnerability and how open you are to marketing schemes)2。 your own belief systems because the content is a bit triggering3。 your sense of :urgency: which also makes you very vulnerable and a poor judge of content 。。。more

I found this book incredibly boring and hard to follow。 It may be useful for people who already meditate and have some background on “spiritual” science but for beginners this was way too “out there”。 I have a hard time believing in the achievability of the things he preaches。 I have always been interested in spiritual practices, so I thought having meditation backed up by science would help my skepticism, but it really just pushed me farther away。 I also believe he focuses way too much on the o I found this book incredibly boring and hard to follow。 It may be useful for people who already meditate and have some background on “spiritual” science but for beginners this was way too “out there”。 I have a hard time believing in the achievability of the things he preaches。 I have always been interested in spiritual practices, so I thought having meditation backed up by science would help my skepticism, but it really just pushed me farther away。 I also believe he focuses way too much on the outcome of these meditations and less on the process and the concentration it takes to achieve them。 。。。more

The only reason I give 2 stars is because this just wasn’t my “type” of book。 That being said, I read it in a book club and everyone else LOVED it。 Just got a little too dense for me。

I think this is a pretty heavy going book, although filled with amazing knowledge it’s very scientific & this makes it harder to grasp, yet probably important to prove what many others only speak about。 I personally don’t feel the need for the scientific backup however I know many need that。 Joe’s Personal story is nothing short of amazing。 Proving the difference between “cause & effect” & “causing an effect”。 I watch DR。 Joe online & he is seriously amazing to listen to。 There is simply an unli I think this is a pretty heavy going book, although filled with amazing knowledge it’s very scientific & this makes it harder to grasp, yet probably important to prove what many others only speak about。 I personally don’t feel the need for the scientific backup however I know many need that。 Joe’s Personal story is nothing short of amazing。 Proving the difference between “cause & effect” & “causing an effect”。 I watch DR。 Joe online & he is seriously amazing to listen to。 There is simply an unlimited universe working for us at every turn & knowing how to make it work is where this great & very in depth book will take you。 I only gave it 3* because of it being a heavy read, However if this is your level then you’ll find it 5* all day long。 It’s a great book & very good book of learning。 So even though I’ve read it all I think I could easily dip into it from time to time。 There are many books on this subject without the scientific evidence & will bring you to the same place in life。 Your are an amazing spiritual being & your words & thoughts drive every single thing that’s every entered your life。 In my opinion DR。 Joe is better watching on the likes of YouTube or many other social platforms 。。。more

This book is absolutely fascinating and has equal footing in both scientifically proven results and hypothesis (or best-guess based on observation speculation)。 It's no doubt moving the needle for things thought of as spiritual or woo more towards the camp of science, and some of the evidence is indisputable。 Dr Joe is a profitable enterprise though (selling meditations, books, and workshops), so take what you read with a grain of salt, but there is definitely good that comes from the positive t This book is absolutely fascinating and has equal footing in both scientifically proven results and hypothesis (or best-guess based on observation speculation)。 It's no doubt moving the needle for things thought of as spiritual or woo more towards the camp of science, and some of the evidence is indisputable。 Dr Joe is a profitable enterprise though (selling meditations, books, and workshops), so take what you read with a grain of salt, but there is definitely good that comes from the positive thinking mindset and daily meditations。 I'm intrigued enough by his material to read this book twice and continue to investigate and practice Dr Joes recommendations, with good results。 。。。more

I really enjoyed reading this。 Thoughts and emotions can and will effect our health and happiness。 The first part of solving any problem is recognizing exactly what the problem is。

Audiobook read by Adam Boyce。 Very interesting material。 I think I want to read a few more of his books and dig into this topic a bit in the future。 If you have a meditation practice or are thinking of starting one this is a pretty good place to start to up your game or learn what modern science is discovering about meditation and group meditation。

I enjoyed the meditation techniques in this book。 Overall it’s a motivational reminder for connecting the mind, body and spirit。 Here it’s referred to as mind, heart/body and energy fields。

Very interesting book but more technical and data based than I was looking for。 That is certainly not a criticism since the data lends a lot of credibility。 This book has opened my mind to the power of the mind over body and our future。 Very intriguing。
