I really enjoyed this collection of short stories with illustrations by the EC Archives。 The stories were from Shock Magazine and included stories of murder, mystery and mayhem。 I loved the noire aspect of the stories and found them all very inventive。 They were all from the 50s which was a fun thing too。I received an e-ARC of this book by the publisher via Edelweiss。 This does not affect my opinion regarding the book。

EC was never hesitant to experiment and take comics in a new and different direction。 This was one of their experiments。 Good stories and an interesting use of the comic medium。 Recommended
