I read this before I give this to my preteen。 The right amount of content on sex， periods and body changes for that age。 Also covers friends， bullies， exercise， eating and moods。 An amusing read with lots of humour to break up the loads of information。 Now to pass it on to the preteen。

Great book for tween girls。 Gives them enough info but not too much。As always Kaz writes in such a great way that makes you feel that you are having a conversation with her。
