Quality Rating: Four StarsEnjoyment Rating: Four StarsEnjoyable and exciting。 The adventure continues， as does the growingly complex politics （you ca definitely feel it gearing up into the direction for Legend of Korra）。 I really like the mythology and spirit folklore being used here， and it all just goes to show how rich and well-done the world building is。

It very much captured the feel of the show。 When a character spoke， it was consistent with their established models。 I could hear them speak from the book in their voices， and in this way， it truly is an extension of the series。 While I would have hoped to see this done in an animated format， I respect that this was done instead。In relation to this particular book， I will review Smoke and Shadow on the final book of the 3 part series。
