Oh that ending。。。。。 stayed up all night reading this one。 Wow what a story。 This is book 8 of the steel Demon MC series。 Yes read in order。 Crystal Ash really has a way of drawing you into a story。 Like I’m hooked on this series。 I won’t give away any spoilers。 Love the characters。 Like love love。 I seriously need the next book。 Like badly。 Definitely recommend。

This is one hell of a series and with each book Ive gotten more and more hooked。 It’s action packed and it’s intense and emotional and by gosh is it steamy！ Phew！！ But it’s addictive and the storyline just grabs you and it’s so well written that you feel as if you are actually there fighting the good fight along side our fantastic characters。 I am anxious to read the next book but so sad cause it’s the last one and I’ve come to love the Steel demons。

I’ve had a lot of mixed emotions with this book， my heart was all over the place with some of the character development， All I gotta say is I’m excited to see how it all plays out。 The war is picking up and the stakes are higher。 We meet a major character that is part of someone past and I’m looking forward to learning more。 Of course I love the guys， and I’m excited to see them all come together。

This was by far， the best book of the series！！！！ The anxiety it created through out the whole book， just made me want to stop everything to continue reading。 Between Reaper and Mari’s issues and war at Four corners door this book will keep you at the edge of your seat！ I can’t wait for book 9 Crystal is amazing at captivating you with her characters and storyline。 This is by far one of my favourite RH’s because it’s so different and unique。5 💥💥💥💥💥 hot stars for Ruthless

Read this book in one sitting， each and every book in this series has had me well and truly hooked。 Everybody keeps getting everything bad thrown at them all at once。 I cannot wait for the final instalment， it will be bitter sweet for the series ending but also I need to know how everything plays out。

I really， really enjoy this series。 I started it back in February and binged 1-6 in a few day and was HORRIFIED that 7-9 weren’t out yet （I rarely read incomplete series）。 To me， this book is best read as a binge of the series。 The storylines run together though multiple books so looking back on books 1-6 I’m not sure what plotlines happened when。 If you enjoy Sons of Anarchy， Handmaids Tale， American Gods， or dystopian books - you should definitely give this series a try。 The premise and set up I really， really enjoy this series。 I started it back in February and binged 1-6 in a few day and was HORRIFIED that 7-9 weren’t out yet （I rarely read incomplete series）。 To me， this book is best read as a binge of the series。 The storylines run together though multiple books so looking back on books 1-6 I’m not sure what plotlines happened when。 If you enjoy Sons of Anarchy， Handmaids Tale， American Gods， or dystopian books - you should definitely give this series a try。 The premise and set up is so unique and the slow reveal of Hades， Freya， Horace as more than “just pets” is so good。 I think before the final book comes out， I’m going to do a full binge of the series to refresh my memory because a lot has changed since book 1， when I thought we were just going to follow Mari and the guys in life on their compound。 A lot of this book， Ruthless， had to do with battles， which isn’t something I love reading about （the last book in the Throne of Glass series had some passages I felt “meh” about because it was so heavily focused on war）。 To me， this book works with the SERIES as a whole。 Does it stand up on its own？ I’m not sure， just because it’s SO ENGRAINED in what came before it， if that makes sense。 Unlike the RH Their Vampire Queen by Joely Sue Burkhart where the plot concludes at the end of each book， most of these books end in cliffhangers or have overlapping plots。 You can’t just pick up this book unless you commit to reading 1-7 first。 So I’m going to hide the rest of my review for spoilers for people who haven’t started the series。（view spoiler）[First of all， I loved that Reaper is still in the doghouse。 If you read books 6/7， you know that during a night terror Shadow attacked Mari accidentally， mistaking her for one of the women he abused。 Reaper tried to kill him but spared him after Hades told him to。 Mari left in book 7 after being unable to forgive Reaper for exiling Shadow。 This is groveling done right！ I’m sick of books where forgiveness comes after 1 apology or gesture that’s not proportionate to the crime。 What felt real about this book was that Mari feels such a pull to him but is unable to get over what happened even though she thinks she wants to。 Neither are sure about their future and its awkward。 Even when she felt attracted to him and started hooking up with him， she had to stop because she wasn’t ready。 As I said previously， this book was heavy on battles。 After I finished， the constant fighting was pretty much the only thing I remembered。 It’s war， so it makes sense， but again - not my fav topic to read about （war and prison settings just don’t do it for me）。 But I’m crossing my fingers that book 9 and the holiday novella will give me non-battle scenes of Mari and the guys。I’m wondering… will the Sons of Odin get their own series/book with Kyrie？ I’m kind of thinking that was hinted at。 I love T-Bone and Grudge （don’t know Dino well enough yet to make an opinion about him） so I would love to read more about them。 Maybe a series that ran in parallel to this one？ Because I don’t want anyones HEAs getting fucked up！ （hide spoiler）] 。。。more

I am yet again blown away by Crystal Ash。 This serious is definitely one of my favorites and I am so invested in these amazing characters。 No punches were pulled in this addition to the series。 Crystal consistently makes me cry in this series。 While that should drive me crazy， I am happy to be so in tune with these characters that their story brings out such strong emotions。 I don’t want to give too much away， because spoilers suck but just know that this book is going to put you through the rin I am yet again blown away by Crystal Ash。 This serious is definitely one of my favorites and I am so invested in these amazing characters。 No punches were pulled in this addition to the series。 Crystal consistently makes me cry in this series。 While that should drive me crazy， I am happy to be so in tune with these characters that their story brings out such strong emotions。 I don’t want to give too much away， because spoilers suck but just know that this book is going to put you through the ringer。 There are so many wins and loses for our heroes that it almost feels as if you are on an amusement ride that won’t slow down。 Just when you think one thing is going to happen it takes a quick and sharp turn in another direction and the ride is 100% worth it。 。。。more

Oh my heart。。 I need more。。 so much more。。 I’ve only ever read one other book as fast as I read this one and I’m about to re read this book in case I missed anything in my excitement of reading！ I don’t want to give any spoilers away but oh my goodness Crystal。。 give us more please？ This series is a definite must read！ Plus it only has one book left in the series to come out！！
