Fantastic！This book is absolutely amazing！ Nova is freaking fantastic as is Roman！ The king is still missing and so Nova is required to fight for the throne or die。 She learns more of Roman’s past and makes some new friends all while she is trying to survive and watching her unknown siblings die。 But all is not as it seems。 Now Nova has to fight to try to bring her father back and destroy the one sibling who is still in her way…

the best of both authors Let me start by saying I rarely give 5 star ratings and I read a lot。 I liked the first book in this series well enough to read the second but I found it really slow at points and skimmed a bit。 This book is the best of both authors。 It has world building， suspense; fire 🔥 and everything in between。 I will warn you that there is a major cliffhanger which would usually annoy me but this one didn’t。 It does have me on edge for book 3 though。
