I absolutely love the Men of Inked series and Ember is a great addition to it。 Rocco and Rebel knew each other as twenty-something year olds。 They were instantly drawn to each other。 Unfortunately tragedy struck forcing them apart until 10 years later when they meet again。 Even after 10 years， their chemistry still burns hot。 Rebel tries to fight the connection， but Rocco’s not giving up this second chance。 It’s always a good time when the Gallos & Caldos come together。

I really really loved the characters in this book。 Not just Rebel and Rocco， but Adeline （Rebel's daughter） and Carmello （Rocco's twin brother）。 Also， I adored the scenes with the extended Gallo/Caldo family， many of whom I've read about in other books。 Each time I listen or read one of these books， it's like being folded back into this awesome family。 This one is also very emotional， given the loss that ties these characters together， a loss that led to a separation between Rebel and Rocco。 But I really really loved the characters in this book。 Not just Rebel and Rocco， but Adeline （Rebel's daughter） and Carmello （Rocco's twin brother）。 Also， I adored the scenes with the extended Gallo/Caldo family， many of whom I've read about in other books。 Each time I listen or read one of these books， it's like being folded back into this awesome family。 This one is also very emotional， given the loss that ties these characters together， a loss that led to a separation between Rebel and Rocco。 But this second chance romance was sweet， hot and worth the wait。 Rebel was a fantastic character- strong， smart and loving。 But Rocco， with his alpha awesomeness but sweet heart definitely stole my heart。 （And I loved how he was with Adeline）。 The narration for the audiobook， which I received upon request， was amazing。 This is the second time I've heard Connor Crais narrate and he has the perfect voice for Rocco- a little gravely， deep but he is also able to play the female voices pretty seamlessly。 Samantha Brentmoor was great too。 Her male voice was a little scratchy but it didn't take away from the story。 Overall， this was a fantastic audiobook that I plan on listening to again！！ 。。。more
