I really liked this story。 it does a great job of introducing Jon， as he goes from being an apprentice to the the powerful guardian。 It was a great glimpse of what made him who he is。 I laughed and smiled through most of it even with the battles Jon faces。 I did a great job at covering the high points of is rise in power as the Guardian he is in the main series。 Well worth reading for the history and introduction to the realms。
